The store has a good selection. But if no one can help you get products what is the point. If you can’t help people sizes skates put the stock on the floor so we can at least help ourselves. I will not come back.

Stopped by today and was super impressed with how friendly all the staff was. When I needed a hand, David Stadneck helped me out and was super kind, knowledgeable and personable— he even gave a great movie review! Next time I’m grabbing gear for my son It’ll no doubt be at PHL based on their service alone!

Waited over 40 mins for them to put a visor on my helmet. Missed my practice as a result. So mad

My first time shopping at this store, was there a week before Christmas. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It was nice to be treated so well. Even though some of my questions have probably been asked over and over again this season, they never made me feel like I was wasting their time. I ended up not just buying skates but also a stick/gloves etc because they made the purchasing experience that easy.Today I had to go back for an exchange on the stick, again the customer service was excellent. When I told them I had lost the receipt, they accommodated me with an exchange. First time I chose my own, this time they offered me useful suggestions for what I could go with instead, and I ended up buying two. Thanks for taking care of me! We'll def continue to support this store.

Went to return defective skates that were only 3 1/2 months old. So called store manager says sorry warranty was over after 3 months. We bought the skates in summer so did not start using them till Sept so really they only had 2 months of use on them. We have spent thousands of dollars at Pro Hockey life on our kids but now they will not receive another dollar. Not the way to run a business.

Stopped in to look at goalie equipment. Was helped out by numerous staff members. Nathan (goalie) in particular was extremely helpful and able to speak to us about the equipment based on personal experience. Did not plan on buying equipment that day but with the quality of service made a point of coming back later that day to purchase new pads. Many thanks.

I cannot remember his name, but I know his name tag said « expert » on it. He was so incredibly helpful- I had 20 minutes for my next game and he sold me a great helmet. Not only did he help me with great service, he changed the cage for free. He also found two side pieces for stoppers on the cage to make it more secure- also for free. He also gave me 10% discount on a new hockey bag as it was the display model. He made me feel very important as a customer. I will for sure be returning for all my hockey needs at this location. I have also told my team that the service is excellent and they should go there as well. Very thankful for a great experience !

went to Pro Hockey Life at 6 pm. I was greeted by one of their sales associate Hannah. She was outstanding, she knew the product line (skates) and every accessory for it. She spent 20 minutes giving me product knowledge. Then she recommended Jeremy for the helmet's and gloves . He did a great job . I would highly recommend Pro Hockey life.

Had to walk back up to the front when I dropped my skates off to get some service at the skate sharpen area. $10.49 a sharpen and they are using the spark now. Absolutely outrageous!!!! You guys have lost a long time customer.
