20+ minutes to execute basic coffee & re-heated pre-made breakfast wrap. Staff were busy talking to each other and not paying attention to customers at till or order completion. Lack of training and standards, but no lack of high end pricing. If you are going to charge a high end premium, important to ensure proper staff training & supervision is in place.

Spent 3 days in pemberton and came here twice. Service was great, coffee was amazing! We had yogurt parfait and a breakfast sandwich for breakfast the one day and both were really good as well. The sauce on the breakfast sandwich wasn’t for us, but otherwise super good!

This is a great local coffee shop. The coffee tasted amazing and decor is very cool and modern. We arrived during the rush in the morning so a morning wrap was sold out already. I think it was a training day for new people as getting a drip coffee took a few minutes. The latte was fantastic. I’d check them out again if I was in the area
