I am so so so and so happy with my hair cut ,color,and high light which done by one lady

I don’t know where to start… I have been here on 5 different occasions and every time I walk out upset. This time around I honestly had to say something. It seems no one here knows what there are doing or can even answer the simple questions. I literally asked this girl on the phone simple question, I understand you might not have the answer to everything but the least you can do is ASK or FIND OUT!! I came to put a down payment on getting my hair done. I asked you said it was a certain price, I have been to the other location so I thought it was a bit weird that it was lower than what she said on the phone. I get in and it’s another price, when I ask her why SHE KEEPS ON SAYING I DON’T know. I got frustrated and left. I will drive the 1 hour to regina and find someone else to do it. I personally thought that this being the ONLY black beauty shop in town they would strive to do better. I guess not.
