North superstore optical is amazing, we just purchased 2 pair of glasses with progressive lenses at an amazing price and Nicole was extremely HELPFUL AND PLEASANT absolutely the best customer service we received in recent years!...if you're looking for new glasses see Nicole you won't be disappointed!!

The ignorant older lady with glasses and short black hair is useless and does not care about customer service. she would not give me my prescription and i love nicole as she is the nicest there. this other women should be fired was ignorant to my mom and myself two different times today.

Long time customer! My husband, son, and I all get our lenses/frames here. Great sales and always savings as CAA customer. Nicole is by far my favourite person to get help from. Alice is too but she hasn’t been around the last several times. PC Points on purchases sometime advertised with great Bonus points too. Saved me half what my optometrist wanted. With no insured it mattered even more for our family budget. Thanks!!!

I am so impressed the the service from the 2 women that run the optical shop. The best customer service. I have bought my last 2 pair of glasses from there. Had previously bought from other reputable glass stores just to be disappointed and not be able to see. Never a problem here, and you can go in any time for adjustments and you get impeccable service.

Twice last year and now a 3rd time today.Bought progressives. Unwearable. Had to get a refund.They do not check the frame and measure when purchased. Had to dip my head at a weird angle to see correctly.I finally give up. I am going to a proper glasses store to purchase progressives that I can actually wear
