I watched Lisa in action during the sale of my partner's home. Call it a couple-of-week's long interview. I was impressed with her professionalism and attention to the small details that I am sure are unique to every home sale or purchase. When it came time to sell my home I had my own unique circumstances that she and I worked through together. Her counsel as direct, and while empathetic, was business first. It was clear that Lisa was looking out for me and my interests above all. There was no sugar coating or grandiose talk around an expected selling price. It was a direct professional discussion(s) about a shifting market, interest rate changes and competitive properties. In the end Lisa's advice on small changes that could be made to improve the marketability of the house was bang on.
