Brar kitchen cabinets

I owned Renovation business, working with them since 2019 excellent services and major thing punctuality.

Terrible customer service. Gave them two jobs.On first time complained that they don’t make enough money. Even though they quoted the job and looked at the job, so were aware of what was involved. Why take on then?Agreed on second job. Last minute said we can’t do job any more. Zero appreciation for schedules and timelines. Now project delayed and have to start from scratch. They decided to reject job on day of scheduled meeting for measurement.Use caution when dealing with Brar Kitchen cabinets.

Job: 2 ceiling height cabinetsCame over to take a measurements, gave us quote and we agreed.About 10 days later called to tell me that they wrongly quoted without looking at the measurements(utter nonsense) and quoted about 20% extra.Out of decency we agreed, and they delivered the cabinets in 2 weeks. it turned out to be 1.5” wider than the measurements and the space available. Without taking me on board they decided to cut short 1.5” from one of the pair of the supposedly equal cabinets. We objected and they agreed to re do it completely, which was a lie they just did the patch work which shows up very clearly.On quoting that you agreed to re do it(would have cost them only $50 for sheet of ply) they reasoned that then would have to paint it and would have costed more. Interestingly, to start with we asked for benjamin moore’s specific shade, and was quoted $200 extra for it(while it cost only $82 a gallon, more than enough for a pairs of cabinet) and these cowboys took the shade card from benjamin moore and got after market paint mixed and used it to increase their profit. Reason I know this that gave me stupidly the tin for touch up, as per my request.Stay clear of them! Nothing but a pot of lies
