Great Experience,Went into Port Perry Cycle Life feeling defeated after my bike had a bit of a run in with the road, wheels up lol.Was met with a warm greeting and an immediate inspection of my bike.Cole was fast in informing me what needed to be repaired and what needed to be replaced. So I could get back on my bike as soon as possible.He gave me multiple option to choose from ranging in price and explained how each option would benefit me. (very informative)At the end of the day I got my bike back on time and on budget!I would recommend taking your business to Port Perry Cycle Life.Thanks for all the help ColeCheers,Michael

I brought my bike in to be cleaned and tuned up. It looks like they just wiped down the frame. They were not very helpful when I dropped it off, I was told on the phone that they could do it Friday but once there they said not until Tuesday. I asked for it to be cleaned and tuned up and also mentioned the tires were not holding air. Tuesday comes along and I get a call asking what I wanted done with my bike, the work order only said replace tube. My tires were not flat so they didn’t recommend changing the tube so they were going to clean and tune it up. I picked up my bike, paid for it and noticed it was not cleaned but took it home anyway and bought some oil to do it myself. I recommend doing the same or go somewhere else if you need your bike serviced. *Pictures are of my bike when I got it home after being “cleaned and oiled”*

Our first time into Cycle Life since the pandemic hit. Excellent store with many options and styles of bikes. Cole helped us find upgrades to our two older models. One of the best shops i’ve been to in Ontario. The lads helped me out last minute with a seized pedal and a bike box for moving! I appreciate y’all big time!

We had received a hand-me-down bike for our son that was a bit rough around the edges. It needed a few fix-me-up parts, so I reached out to Cycle Life in Port Perry. I called at 4:57pm and they close at 5pm, but Elie answered and graciously took my call. He treated me like an old friend or family member, assuring me he'd fix my son's bike problems (the next day was his hope). He even shared his personal number so I could text him pictures of the bike and its issues. He didn't rush me or act like I was being a nuisance (even though I expected an answering machine and planned to leave a message). Sure enough he found what he needed, but at his other location. But - he still picked them up personally the next day. When I arrived with the bike, I had a sleeping baby in the vehicle. One of the employees came out to get the bike so I didn't need to disturb my son. They had it all fixed up in no time so I was able to pick up my other son from school on time. It was a seemingly 'simple' (and cheap) fix, but they treated me with such generosity and respect. Each person that helped us went above and beyond, and my son and I are hugely grateful!

Excellent service and great prices. They are extremely knowledgeable and genuinely care about what you want. We ended up purchasing two bikes and couldn't be happier.

Planned a ride out to Port Perry from Aurora as I’ve never been to PP befor and wanted to get out on a long solo ride. After passing through a cool little town on the water I got a puncture on a side road just outside of town. A local passerby offered to drive me to the nearest shop which was Cycle Life and I’m glad he did. They welcomed me with a friendly atmosphere and helped fix my tire in no time and had me on my way home, probably saving me an $80 Uber ride. I highly recommend this bike shop, great service, great prices and awesome staff. Thanks again.

So far so good. They've done some work on my bike when they replaced my dropper post, they cut me a small deal and had a price for me right away, the work was done the next day.Ordered more parts today and again got a decent little price break and so far their service has been excellent. Scott and his mechanic are really knowledgeable and take the time to chat...I've been a loyal customer to a competitor's shop for some reason and I honestly should have switched a long time ago.I'd absolutely recommend these guys to anyone at this point, keep up the good work.

Great people and great customer service. Store has a wide variety and great selection as well. I bought the bike as a Christmas gift and rather than the challenges of hiding the bike at home, they are allowing me to keep it there until needed. With 3 kids and many bike needs will be going back here for sure.

By far my favourite bike shop. The owners and their staff treat all their customers like family. They're friendly and honest - exactly what you want from a family-run small business. Even if you don't live in Port Perry, it's worth the drive for the excellent service.
