We took out a loan with Fairstone today and were helped by Rhea. She was very warm and friendly. Went to inquire about loan application 2 days before. Finally decided to borrow $8000 after talking about all the interest rate and fees(39.49% for 36 months.Once my application is almost complete, it was time for me to go through the loan agreement terms. There comes all the optional services and fees (extra $3000 something). Fransisco (associate) tried to convince me to keep those optional services but I opt that out. The weirdest part is i have to pay $5700 as interest rate for $8000 . So my question is , Is the interest rate actually 39.49% or 69.49% ??

Rhea helped me with everything I needed and was wonderfully friendly and kind. Also she was very informative in all the details I had questions about. The only thing I can complain about is the high interest rates with these 3rd party loan companies/ banks. All in all I would recommend talking to Rhea if you're looking to get answers to any questions you may have.
