Funny how they wont use there real name here. This is a physically for special needs . They give sub par care to there clients even break guide lines get away with it. They threaten there staff if they wright things in the log book they will get fired. Also they dont have trained staff on sight at all times to handle meds . Worst of all there are periods where there is not even people who are CPR trained .

They underpay for the job you do. The management makea guidelines that can put all the blame on you if anything happends. If your a starring off psw or someone that is involved in this kind of work stay away!!!!
