Rented Trailer for two weeks, charged my fair price compare to market. Helped to transfer load as well.

Had an aggressive driver run up on us tailgating us then cutting over early causing us to hit breaks to avoid a wreck. Then he gets behind us again tailgating and he bumper taps us with his grill guard. Hard. This happened on 2-15-20 at mm117 on I-80 at approximately 00:15 white truck. Your drivers need to learn how to be professional

UPDATE:The owner did make contact with us, and apologized profusely.The owner has been kind, and apologetic. I understand that it wasn't his fault and the driver of the truck who hit us, no longer works for this company, I appreciate the owner's apologies. He seems like a decent person and genuine.We were rear ended by a driver going 110km on a twin highway when he had the space to pass. When we were thrown into the ditch, he didn’t even get out to see if we were okay. According to the driver behind him, this semi driver didn’t even touch his brakes as he slammed into the back of our reflective white trailer! My husband ran after his truck, and the driver told him that we slowed down in front of him.

Dangerous driving habits just witnessed a bazz driver in a green freightliner loaded with lumber headed south on highway 6 from raymore tailgating a fuel truck before speeding passed him on the approach to a blind crest !!!! Disgraceful behaviour

Driving on highway 16 witnessed a Bazz driver all over the road. As I passed them I saw he was looking down on his phone. Unacceptable from anyone let alone a “professional driver”. Besides this review a 911 call was also made.

This review is based on me witnessing on March 1st, 2019 in Edmonton Alberta one of your drivers talking on or using his cell phone while driving. This is against the law and if I see it again I will not hesitate to contact the police. Thank you for the reply from the company. I have changed my rating to 3 stars instead of 1 star, due to the response by the owner. I do not have the exact location of the truck or description, I was driving while I witnessed this. I do appreciate your zero tolerance policy. I would suggest to do a toolbox talk with your drivers and have them sign a copy of the toolbox talk that says they will not get se cellphones while driving, I did that where I work , Part of my duties being a delivery driver, which is why I make these sort of complaints. If you need help with a last minute load, Mike is your guy! He always comes through and is prompt. Great dispatcher who deserves a raise!

Very reliable company, only had one time delay issue but the dispatch team was very accommodating and made sure the goods reached intended location on time.
