A lot of the mahines are out of service leaving only about half working.Other than that it seemed kike a nice clean place

Helpful, friendly staff member working on Saturday morning. Staff seem like they actually care about their job and it shows. Their large washing machines work well for comforters. Convenient location, will be back!

While vacationing in Sydney, we needed to do laundry and decided to not waste vacation time, so we called Riverside to see if they offered a wash and fold service.In a few hours everything was cleaned, folded and ready for pickup at a great price with friendly service.

This laundromat does not offer coins or cash via ATM, despite all of their machines requiring coins to use and a sign that clearly shows VISA indicating they do have the capacity to do so. Please, bring yourself into the 21st century, you garbage laundromat.

Wouldn't let me in at 535 stating that they close at 545. Their sign on the door and advertising says 6. I was in a rush and desperate. I was referred to her sign indoors that states she closes at 545. All I needed was a wash, no dry, which takes 25 minutes tops. Very poor customer service. She might have had to stay all but 5 minutes past 6. She lost a customer in me and more I'm sure. I was going to take clothes to be hemmed there, but I sure won't now. I suggested she think about changing her hours on her door. Don't go there unless you want to be booted out the door.
