We received a very good service. Personel were very sympathetic and helped us through a very rough moment as we had to leave without our cat as he fell sick and was no longer able to walk. He was 13 years old but still very difficult time. The only thing that I have to more or less complain about was that if you don't have an appointment you get penalized with extra charges of 30.00$ for non-appointment fees. Personally with having to go through a loss of your pet it is taking advantage especially when you are not told. Again I stress that we were well taken care of and the staff are very professional

If I could give them 10 stars I totally would have done so. My cat broke his leg and needed a Femoral head excision surgery done to him. After an in depth research for vets this one came on the top as the most affordable one to carry out the operation. At first I was a bit suspicious so I started researching them and found that they scored a solid 4.6 stars reviews for over 170 reviews. Knowing that I had to drive all the way from Ottawa Catherine demonstrated top levels of professionalism, communication, and understanding. She was a total gem to talk to and the clinic was very flexible to attend to our needs. Doctor Yammine called me prior to the surgery to answer all the questions I had, and he did wonderfully well. The cat underwent the surgery and he is now recovering home. I had the pleasure to speak with Audrey at the time of pick up and she was very helpful and informative with instructions. Overall I am very happy and content for having the opportunity to meet and work with them. They certainly proved that this long drive was very well worth the effort. I hope this would be the last time I need to look for a surgery being done, but if I ever need to in the future I for sure will be driving back to them with no questions asked. Absolutely excellent work guys.. Thank you very much :))))

Back in February I rescued a puppy where the spay was included in the price. I was given six different vets to pick from and I was extremely nervous as I live in Montreal and did not know any one of them. My dog has also gone through a lot and I just felt out of my comfort zone bringing her somewhere unknown. That prompted me to do extensive research on all six places and I decided to go with Veterinary Hospital de Repentigny; and I am so glad I did! The operation is fairly simple but I have read and seen some awful stories. I got my baby back the same day and her stitches were done immaculately. It is now day 5 and not only has there been no swelling or redness but I am still amazed at how clean and perfect the stitches were done! Whoever took care of my Nala (as I am not sure who was the surgeon), I have to say you have a great technique and should be proud!

Very happy with service for my dog and cat

Very trustworthy personnel. Took my dog to be sterilized and it went great! Staff is very nice and the price is also very competitive and affordable. Also, they have s vast selection of items from leashes to harness and collars and dog coats at reasonable prices. Definitely recommend this place.

The staff is very friendly and polite. They took care of my small dog's emergency quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable price. They treated her very well, and saved her life. Thank you. I recommend them highly. Best vet's and clinic I have ever taken my babies to.

Awesome staff great communication any question just call and ask and they answer right away. Did my dogs operation there and they handled him perfectly
