No one greeted us when we came in. There was one old lady with glasses at the counter that looks at you as if you can’t afford their stuff. The staff are so serious as if they don’t like their jobs at all, helpful in a way though, but you won’t feel comfortable at this place. Since we’re already there, we bought the instrument and accessories we wanted but we won’t come back here anymore. We’ll just check the other branches next time because this store has definitely a wide selection of music instruments and accessories.

One of the top music stores in Lower Mainland. The manager Will is the most considerate and knowledgable professional I've ever met, and every one and each staff in this store is purely good people. I'd recommend this place to everyone, over and over.

One of the best customer service experiences I had with Alex, I was looking for some support on some of my musical instruments and equipment and he was the person who helped me through it all!I needed my guitar re-strung and he was extremely supportive with all the details of the process. I also needed help on my audio interface and microphone and he was able to take extra time out of his day to support me and mention that my interface had a warranty that hadn’t expired yet. He even supported me with next best steps on potential repairs.If you’re looking for someone to support you with exceptional customer service, Alex is the person!

This place is awesome. Online it said it offered exactly the reeds I needed to sound as good as I usually do, but only in boxes of 10 which is not only common practice in every music store in BC but also completely understandable and I don't resent this at all. When I got there, I had a wonderful shopping experience and was blown away by the excellent customer service. I was especially impressed with how patiently they were dealing with this other customer in the store who was giving them a hard time even though they didn't know anything about reed shopping etiquette. u guys have earned urselves a loyal customer for life ! would come back again

Update: No greeting or acknowledgement whenever I walk in, the staff just look at the desk when it's right next to the door...honestly unwelcoming and borderline disrespectful. Best product selection in Richmond for wind instruments, pianos, and guitars. The trade in policy is bad: they only give credit, not cash; you must immediately purchase goods 30% above trade in value (Long and McQuade does not do this) - they did not disclose this on the phone before I spent money on gas to visit. Group lessons are ok, instructor quality varies.

Don't shop for pianos here the service is horrible. We went in for 20 minutes to try their selection, and 3 staff members sat at their desks on their cell phones and not one person even looked up to say hello, never mind offering any service. Run out of there as fast as you can!!!

shop got a homie vibe. you can play with all the display -- with care of course. tried drums, guitars and piano. Mark is super friendly and very accommodating. will answer your beginner questions without feeling embarrassed.

Came in to buy a 3/4 size guitar and didn't really know what to get. Will was the one who helped guide me a little through the process -- he was super friendly and knowledgeable! The selection of guitars is massive, so I was glad he was there to guide me through the process and answer a bunch of my questions.I left with a nice little Yamaha guitar and a soft case and some Dunlop picks! Very happy overall. Highly recommend going in and just asking questions if you're music-curious.

I stopped in to check out a sale they had on fender B-stock guitars. All three staff members who I spoke with were extremely friendly and helpful. They let me try a few guitars, before I made my choice. I saved a lot of money on a beautiful guitar.
