One of the most difficult ice storms happened to me which left me without power or heat and the loss of electric furniture as well as electronic devices. Homeless and unable to utilize depleted funds/resourcesin my community, Corey from My Key stepped up and gave me much needed shelter. I'm truly grateful for all the help that he has given to me.

This experience has been completely horrific. I am using MyKey through insurance. It took a while to find a decent hotel. I was giving 4 options and 3 were out of state and 45 minutes minimum away. The 4th was in the city. My room was not book for the duration needed. We were put out of the hotel due to MyKey and the insurance not booking the room for not enough time. So, then they had to find us another hotel all the accommodations were not even realistic for my family. I have been without a hotel accommodation for 12 hours now. It’s raining and me and my children are in the car.

I was using this company thru insurance to find a place to live while my home was not livable I was dealing with Melissa and she has been very good communicative and helpful found me a pet friendly place in a short period of time also got my extensions dealt with so quickly highly reccomend this company. check in was as easy as showing the email and any issues like pet fee was dealt with very quickly. 5 stars

Housing is a basic need, not an option, and trusting these people will leave you on the street because they are lazy. The lack of follow-through and communication creates constant housing nightmares, both for me as the client and the hotel who never knows what's going on.Absolutely horrendous experience, and now I am told at 11pm local time, the stay that was supposed to be booked for me was not done. I am disabled and now need to scurry to find last minute accommodations during one of the busiest weekends.If you have the option, do NOT work with these people. I will be fighting to get out from under this broken system as soon as possible.

Angela and her team have done a phenomenal job of trying to keep me in housing during a very stressful insurance situation. They have been the ones to reach out to the insurance company and actually get an answer back and make sure that my cat and I State housed through this ordeal. She has been very good at communicating the situation at every point. It's helped my anxiety over the situation quite a bit.

Called MyKey call manager over the weekend 5-6times over an emergency, the call staff was rude , not understanding the issue. She was rude to the point that she hung up on the call.When I called her back explaining the issue once again, and requesting to speak to manager or ask for her name- she was again rude, not giving her first name so I don’t issue complaint. Her response was we are third party. Not much we can do. I have never experienced a call service as such where you repeatedly make calls, for an emergency and team is non responsive

They were great to deal with. Sarah (MyKey agent assigned to my rental house) was quick to reply to emails and consistently did what she said she would do. Rent was paid early every month. I would rent to one of their clients again in a heartbeat!

She got me an accommodation even with the short noticed I've given them, I requested for a place to stay late Friday afternoon for Sunday and her sense of urgency to assist me is impressive, she got me hotel room despite of how busy the weekend is.
