1. Booked in for an appointment for orthodontics consultation, she did not mention the charge over the phone and hanged up on me disrespectfully.2. Came in for consultation, and she booked me in for cleaning, messed up my schedule. Thus, I did not proceed the cleaning.3. I was told that they would not do the braces at their dental office, asked me to visit another office, which messed up my time the second time.4. She checked my student number comfirming if my dental coverage is still available. The next day I found out that she charged me for cleaning.5. I called her right away, and she was really rude, disrespectfully, and irresponsible, I have been hanged up several times when I was still talking, but finally my charge was reversed.Reminder: Never provide your student ID or any other insurance info before you start any service there. Make sure you get the receipt and it indicates $0 charge when you cancel your appointment.

Great Dentist office, great people and great Doctors. I have been going to this office for over 12 years and have always felt comfortable and taken serious going in with a concern. Thank you Dr Chen for everything you have done for me and my family!

I have been a client for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and Dr. Chen is very gentle and personable. He has always made recommendations in my best interest and referred us to others when required.

I have been going to Dr. Chen for years. He is an amazing person and a fantastic dentist. One time, I was in so much pain and he came in on his day off to treat me. I ended up having to have a root canal in the end. I was so happy he saw me when he did.

Its great aside from them drilling holes in my mouth. Jokes aside, every time I go there I have an awesome experience. Dr.Chen and his staff are very professional and always know how to make me feel calm before any dental operation. Dr.Chen also has a great sence of humour.

Dr. Chen has been my dentist for more than 15 years. Thanks to his care and service, my teeth are in a great shape. He is the best dentist in London.

I went to Dr Chen clinic for my regular cleanings, check ups and filling cavities while I was a student at UWO. I always had a great and professional dental service, recommended.

Very bad, I came in with extremely sore gums and they told me it was just a wound" and it would heal on its own with prescribed tylenol. After going to a different dentist they told me the real problem which was that I had a gum infection which needs antibiotics. Do not waste money or time here!! They don't know what they are talking about"

I’ve needed to get my wisdom teeth out for a few months, I went here to ask them about it and buddy said it was just a tooth ache even tho it’s been an issue for months, then he asked me to pay for the service? I’m not to sure what service I paid for he did as much as a school nurse but anyway, go to someone more professional that will actually help you.

Been going to Dr. Chen since I was a child. Moved away, went to 4 other dentists and have not found one that is as honest and reasonable as Dr. Chen. I make the drive back to London just to see him and highly recommend him.
