Culligan Water Belleville

We had the pleasure of Dealing with Andy Evans of Culligan Belleville when we were looking into different companies that sell water softeners.Andy was very patient with us and our questions about the differences between the various companies in our area. He pointed out what we should look for in how the different water softeners are made without bad mouthing the competition.After researching the competition we decided to purchase our water softener through Culligan Water Belleville.There was a very short lead to the install offered (2 weeks and no supply chain issues) but WE were not available and picked a date that worked for us.The installer was very pleasant and completed the work neatly and cleanly and professionally!We have had the softener for about a month now and we are very happy with the water quality we are getting.We would highly recommend Andy and the team at Culligan Water Belleville.

Two weeks in a row they have neglected to bring salt on the day promised. Two days wasted waiting around. No call. No apology. At least show that you care when you are unable to follow through.I cannot believe that your drivers don't carry cell phones. Can they not call when they are unable to deliver?

I was very concerned about my water with my health and skin issues. I upgraded my old softener from another company and we are so pleased with difference that we saw and felt instantly. We now have great drinking water and the softener has made such a difference already. Alex Mahar was so professional and informative, I would recommend him to anyone. Install went smoothly and it was in within a week. Very happy!

Andy at Culligan was amazing. When arriving he was approachable and friendly. He tested our water and helped us to understand the state of our water and then made suggestions to us on the best solution for our family.For anyone lucky enough to have Andy visit, I know you'll have the same experience. Culligan is great! The lady who works the front desk throughout the week is so pleasant and helpful. If she isn't able to answer your questions she points you to those who can. Overall our experience with Culligan from salesman to technician to customer service has been excellent.

I am very happy with the service. Called about getting someone to take a look at my softener. Someone just happened to be in the neighborhood and stopped by within the hour. He looked things over and gave me some advice free of charge. He didn't push me into buying a new softener. When he left, my water was much softer and I my water pressure actually improved as well.I will defiantly be using Culligan for all my water needs going forward.

23 yrs ago we decided to get a water softener , a knowledgeable sales person showed up , his name, Andy Evans. We purchased the softener. 23 yrs later it finally had done it’s time and we needed a new one. Andy Evans OUR guy showed up the same day to show us our options ! It was amazing to see him again! He is knowledgeable , and really explains all the details. Andy will never steer you wrong, he’s truly the best! True asset to the company ! Within 2 weeks we will have a new softener, that says something about the company. We’re hoping to get another long life out of this next one. I also would like to give a shout out to Erica in service, she has always been pleasant to deal with over the years, another asset to the company!

We had severe Sulphur water and a very old system to remove it that had long stop working...We called Culligan and Liam Gonyea came to the rescue...Very knowledgeable and super patient. He even responded on a Sunday to a question we had after the installation which he didn't have to do-He could've told us to call the office...I can now have a bath without Sulphur odor and the water is sooooo soft, it's amazing...Truly, the only thing missing with Liam was a super hero cape!!! Thankyou Liam!!!!!

In December of 2022 I was researching companies to replace my very old water softener. I called Culligan and talked to Andy. We agreed on an appointment two days later. Andy showed up when promised, did a very thorough analysis of my water (I am on a well), explained the various systems and answered all of my questions. Early in January I called Andy to confirm that I wanted a Culligan system. The installation was scheduled within 14 days as promised. Colin & David arrived on the scheduled date in the time frame promised. They did an exemplary job of removing the old equipment (my crawl space access is not very big and the tanks were very heavy). The new system was installed in a couple of hours, probably a little longer than the usual timeframe as they had to rework some of the plumbing as the old conditioner had not been installed properly . Colin helped me install the Culligan app on my phone and get everything setup (he was very patient). They cleaned up the work area and left it neat & tidy. Colin & David were very pleasant and courteous. I have had the system for a little over a month and I am extremely happy with the quality of my water. And the app is a wonderful tool to monitor & manage the sytem.
