Amazing place! Good people! Honest prices on cars in these crazy times. Bought a car 4 years ago and went back to get another car from them.

Picked up a 2005 Honda Element, and was informed by the dealer that the Check Engine Light code indicated a faulty O2 sensor. Should not have taken their word for it; after bringing it to a garage for inspection, found the issue was that it was missing entirely - along with the whole catalytic converter. Looking at up to 2000$ in a new exhaust system. Dealer either should have been well aware, or removed the converter to sell in the first place.

I went to see a car today for my girlfriend at this place, on the web it was marked excellent condition. It was covered in dents, had rust spots and the paint was scratched up, I guess we have very different ideas of what excellent means. After seeing the car I would not have paid half of what they were asking. Be very careful when shopping here, make sure you have a mechanic look at the car before agreeing on anything.

I do not recommend it, I bought a car that was damaged a week, it was repaired for warranty and the next day it failed again. Then after three weeks with the car in the workshop again damaged by the same and give no guarantee of repairs. I lost 2000 CAD because I had to send it to scrap.

If I could give a 0 I would. At first, the sales guy was really nice. When I bought the car, it had a radiator problem, they fixed it for free. A month later, a problem with the down part of my car ( I knew because I went to get a oil change and the guy told me there was an issue and it was actually dangerous for me to drive with this) but they fixed it for me , FOR FREE.A couple weeks later, my muffler broke, 300$. A month later, my suspension, alignement, brakes EVERYTHING was bad I couldn’t even drive. I called Chris the owner and he was very unprofessional, he was threatening me and everything saying he couldn’t do anything when in my inspection review it said that my brakes were perfect.. 800$ of reparation. I always took care of the car I fixed everything that needed to be fixed, did all my oil change everything was perfectly done . Then I started to have electricity problems, keep in mind that the liquid of my wipers never worked and they checked it told my it was an electricity problem and they couldn’t fix it. So you see there was a problem since the beginning. Anyways now 9 months later my motor died and I don’t have a car anymore. WORST PLACE EVER I will definitely be going further with this situation because a car that was supposed to be in a good condition isn’t supposed to break down 9 months after buying it.

Terrible service! After purchasing the car I had to call almost everyday to make them do their work to repair the windshield and the registration. Very unprofessional, it's like dealing with teenagers. They also miscalculated the taxes I had to pay at the SAAQ for a bitter surprise afterwards. Repairing the car to make it safe to drive costed me over 1000$. Save yourself some trouble, don't go.
