Great service. The gentleman working there has helped me several times recently, and I'm always happy with the result. Whether it is helping me send packages, get things printed quickly, or trying to find other shipping options after I missed the last truck of the day, he is always friendly and helpful.

Notice how 90% of the bad reviews on here are about the man who work in the front. Some have even pointed out how he makes up excuses to not find packages, and then they suddenly appear. I had had times where after I keep pushing, then it is suddenly just been delivered."Horrible customer service and package handling. Tells you to call before you come to see if your package is there

Shahin has been taking care of my requests for the past few times I visited this store. He is welcoming and patient and take of everyone in a timely manner. I wanted to express mail a package to USA and thankfully UPS offered this service in a great price. I am so glad they offered such a service as it was not available by Canada Post Office. Always had a great experience here! thank you so much

If you want to send your package out in this store, ask about the price!! I can’t believe that they don’t have rates table in the store. And after the man in the front desk finishes the process, he said about 40 dollars for a tiny package without warning you.

No one in the store yet the guy at the front was incredibly reserved and barely spoke a word to me. Quick service but the store is quite messy and the atmosphere is very uncomfortable. Will be avoiding this place at all costs in the future. Please hire nicer people to run your store.

Worst experience ever, just wanted 2 page prints and the store keeper made us wait for 10 minutes without any queue and waiting periodI would never recommend visiting this store
