Eco Line Windows ….It started with Alesia the project manager with out her guidance and knowledge on orchestrating everything it could not have gone any better. I have to truly thank her for such a happy experience! The crew that arrived at my house more than once because of the snow were amazing. They were punctual and professional and the workmanship was exceptional. I am definitely going to have them back to do more windows and doors. I highly recommend them! We got a new basement suite door with Ecoline Windows and Doors. Alesia came to show us all the options and was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice. The installation went without a hitch and we were so happy that they also installed our new smart lock. The door looks amazing and is soooo much better than the old door!! And the price was reasonable too! Way better than a competitor who wouldn't even offer us a steel door... just a fibreglass door. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new door!

I really enjoyed my dealings with Alesia (sales rep). She addressed concerns and did addendum to contract at my request (provided more for me that I forgot to ask about at signing). The installers were so hard working and came in horribly cold weather and worked through (no cancellation due to rain,etc.) While I had to wait for the windows (supply issue that is industry wide), the wait was worth it. Installers did a fantastic job, and were extremely hard working with good work ethic, efficiency and professionalism. I highly recommend this company.

We had ordered windows from Eco a couple years ago when we were in Edmonton! And the service was just as exceptional as I experienced today with Alesia Kotova. She was very knowledgeable with the product and explained everything leaving no doubt!There was no waiting game on a estimate, and I truly recommend Ecoline windows if you want a hassle free experience!

Amazing experience with Eco Line Windows. Alesia was recommended by our neighbors. She was the best to deal with and so professional. A big shout out to installation team. Unbelievable job. Our heating bill is halved as a result of replacing old windows with triple pane. Very happy with it.

Great service from in-home consultation with Alesia to the installation. Surprisingly, installation was scheduled 1-2 months before promising date in a contract. It was a great gift in December. Max stayed till late evening to finish the project. Excellent job. Casement windows are the best quality compared with other well known companies.

She has been extraordinarily knowledgable and helpful in guiding us through this process including getting approval for BC and Federal grants.
