Genuine owner who always goes out of his way to help me. We take all our fleet vehicles to him because of how efficient and professional he is. I Dont know what this Chad Arain guy is talking about

I took my black car to this place years ago. Someone recommended me to these guys so I decided to try them out. When I got my car back it was in shade and I didn't really notice anything. The following day in the sun you could see the swirl marks. I called the person back and informed him of the situation. He was nice about it and took the car back and try to correct the problem. Needless to say the second time around did not remove all the swirls. The person said it was something to do with my paint and left it at that. I was disappointed in the work and wasn't satisfied with the job they did for the price I paid. A few years later I found someone who did detailing off of there driveway. This person did a perfect job with no swirls for less cost. He did not make an excuse about my paint. He was able to get my car back to a beautiful shine with no swirls. I would not recommend Perma-Shine detailing to anyone.
