The shelves are always full and always have things that we need throughout the store and the service we get is always helpful when we need to find things in the store

The fried chicken from the deli is incredible. Tasted a lot better than some KFC we have had in the past as a matter of fact. Very surprised! Produce was in great shape as well!Cashiers were friendly and store was well stocked and very clean as well.Kind of annoying that they close at 7pm now but I guess they have thier reasons.

Staff is great , clean , and prices are TERRIBLE UP AGAIN SOME SALES CHEAPER THAN THE COMPETITORS

Tried to order a cake for my Granddaughter... got told you have to come look at the book and pay before any decorations can be done" I'm 3 hours away

This is a great store. All your grocery needs in one convenient location. The meat here is outstanding. I personally know the butcher and he has the best meat and will fill any order you have. The tellers are friendly and quick.I support local and this is all Canadian.

I tried to order a deli platter to go to a recent widower in Pincher Creek, I live in Kelowna BC, but grew up in Alberta so am familiar with Coop stores, imagine my surprise when I was told I had to come into the store with my credit card to pay. I was told that credit cards or etransfers would not be accepted. I live far away & just wanted to send something to help this bereaving family out! It is 2021...I have ordered food or flowers from many stores across Canada & my credit card & business has always been welcome! My sister-in-law ( whose Mom it was that had passed away) had also tried to order some food & pay by credit card & was told the same thing. I also happen to know the lady that passed away was a faithful Coop shopper. It is sad & DISAPPOINTING when the local grocery store will not accept your business to help a grieving family. Imagine how much more business you would have & I would be writing a positive review! Shame on the Pincher Creek Coop store !!!

I do my regular shopping for groceries here, the higher prices don’t typically bother me, it’s the fact that roughly the same 2 middle aged woman that I come into contact there are extremely rude to deal with. Will probably switch my grocery shopping full time to Walmart if the professionalism isn’t at CO-OP.
