Great little operation! The owner is very knowledgeable about ink, cartridges, and printers...whether you need a cartridge refilled or you're looking for a printer review before buying a new one, this guy really knows his stuff! He can tell you about print speeds, ink usage, print quality, ink costs...everything. And I'd say his prices are ridiculously low, but I don't want to encourage him to raise them ;-)

I'm retired now, but from 1990 to 2009 I had a business where photocopies and computer reports were very normal..... Initially I went to a 'big box' store for printer supplies, but had some concerns with their lack of regard for my problems. I had a friend direct me to Ink Drops where he said he received excellent service. Several days later, driving by, I went in and spoke with the owner, Kevin. I was surprised by his knowledge, and his willingness to help solve a problem I was having.Well since then I use only Ink Drops for all my printer problems --- actually I haven't had any problems for several years..... I should point out that his refills at half the brand price work twice as good, and I'm told that if you ever have a problem with a cartridge refill he will fix it ( I never have). Kevin has always been very helpful, and has never disappointed me, something no other supplier has ever been able to accomplish. I would not hesitate to recommend Kevin for all computer/ printer problems.

Don't listen to the negative reviews, staff is very knowledgeable and experienced. Knew tricks about my printer to make it work better, saved my cartridge and filled it for a fraction of the price of buying a new one. Great experience. Thanks Ink Drops, print on!

Amazing service . I walked in as he was putting up a sign to leave for lunch and he had no hesitation to help . I got 2 refills done . One of the cartridges did not work once home . When I went back the owner tried to refill and showed me there was plenty of ink . After a few tests we decided the cartridge was bad . The owner not only gave me a better bigger cartridge but also took the cost of the refil off the new cartridge even tho it was not an error on his end . He took plenty of time to explain and make sure I new everything he was doing and why . A+ service. New cartridge works amazing

The first shop that I have seen during COVID that takes curbside pickup seriously. I was pleased to see the guy who served me was taking precautions. I didn't have to enter the store, tapped my card through the window and he wouldn't even come out the store till I moved away from the door. Thank you for your efforts to keep the community safe.

I searched for ink refills, google told me to go here, they don't do refills, thanks google! Was considering just buying replacement ink, but their prices aren't even any better than big box stores. Out of disappoinent for the deception, and the lack of competitive pricing, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. - I can't respond, but I can edit. The inkjet cartridge I needed was $3 cheaper than at Walmart. And yes, the fault is with the businesses, both google and yours. Google should have known that the service is suspended, and if they didn't, I'm sure there's a way as a business owner to let google know that you don't do refills anymore, I am certainly not the first customer to come in looking for a refill at the suggestion of Google. Stop trying to blame the pandemic for your own laziness.

Have been going for years, and have saved a ton of money! Pay no attention to negative reviews or complaints about Epson cartridges. I bought an Epson printer from Ink Drops 4 years ago and have never had a problem with it or any replacement cartridges. If you are having a problem with printing, print a test page than do a nozzle head cleaning People ! The owner has been nothing but polite and courteous to me. I highly recommend this business !

I have been using Ink Drops for the past 5 years. I go through about 6 toner cartridges a month. Over the years I have had one bad cartridge. I took it back and it was replaced immediately without question. Kevin has always been amazing to work with. When I approached him about a competitors price on a similar product, he immediately matched it and then went above and made demands of his suppliers to give him better prices so he could pass the savings on to his customers which he did. I find the majority of people who complain have no idea about the operation of the printer that they own. Before you try a generic cartridge, perhaps do a google search to understand if it is a good idea or not. Some printers just do not do well with refills or generics.
