We are very impressed with the looks and quality of the swimming pool that we ordered from this company. Definitely great value! Dealing with them is prompt and pretty straight forward. It would have helped if they had sent a trained tech once the pool was installed, though. A lay person and first time pool owner such as myself needs a knowledgable tech to initialize the pool and set the pumps up properly. I would have been lost to do it on my own, only given umpteen pages of technical explanations and drawings.

We purchased a 10’ x 20’ Dunk Pool on Vancouver Island in 2019. At first we were nervous purchasing a fairly new product but it turned out to be the best decision. The pool is easy to maintain , efficient and of course beautiful . We are very happy with the 5 foot depth and so is our 6’ 3” son- in- law. The epoxy coating is nice on your feet and the ledge is a great add on feature because you can sit on it , and children love it.The pool cover was a bit expensive but it is very easy to operate, keeps out the debris which reduces cleaning and keeps the heat in. It is also hidden, which I like. I was worried last winter when there was 30” of snow on it but no problem. Dunk also provides a pump which sits on the cover to drain off the rain water. It is excellent and pumps off a large amount of water quickly. The cover is also a safety feature as we have grandchildren. I would buy it again in a heart beat.Customer service is exemplary! If you have a questions or problem , and I’m that kind of person who does, Chad and Jeremy answer you by email or appear at your door within 24 hrs. They are knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. Both go out of their way to help.Our family and friends are very impressed with our Dunk Pool and so are we.

Dunk pools did an amazing job helping me purchase the right pool and walk me through all the logistics. Simon who looked after me provided equal if not more service once I had paid for the pool (that’s a very rare thing) vs when in sales mode. He made sure shipping from Canada was stress free and he always picked up the phone when I had questions. I thoroughly recommend the purchase of a Dunk pool.
