Extremely unprofessional, the manager Debra is disrespectful and has no sense of customer service. She refused to listen to my concern with a piece of clothing that had a manufacture issue. I was told I could take my problem to customer service.

One of their associates shouldn't be working in retail. Barb was extremely rude to my mom when she needed to do a return, and accused her of lying and wearing the jacket she bought a couple of days ago. The tag was still on, and she only tried it on at home to make sure she was certain of the fit, but it was not to her liking.Barb has an attitude, and there was no hesitation when she said: You wore it". I am very disappointed as I went to the store today and bought a top and legging. And lady overcharged me as it was on sale (70% off) when I told her that its on sale then gave me money back. After this I came home and checked my previous bills as some days ago I bought two tops from there and I was surprised that same mistake was happened there,m. They put 70% off sale but charge you more. It hurts because customer trust you guys.

Friendly and helpful staff that keeps the store organized and user-friendly.Lots of new inventory for casual, professional, and some semi-formal attire.Variety of colours and styles.Mostly for mature women, but there are always some styles for younger women.There doesn’t seem to be the common problem of under-supplying XS and XL.

I’ve had really bad experience from Abbotsford cleo shop in Sevenoaks mall. The staffs are absolutely awful and not kid’s friendly, we went there to do Christmas shopping with my 13 months old baby, She just started to walk she accidentally moved one of the racks and the sales girl came and said to me “it’s not a toy”! I mean she is just one year old and I was about to move it back to its original position . Is this the way they treat the customers?

The worst experience ever, the lady who claims to be the manager has the worst customer service. I've never experienced such awful shopping in my entire life. Have visited Chilliwack Cleo too, they are much better than these people here. Never coming back!
