Andrew helped us purchase our first home in June 2020. Once covid hit, we were not hopeful that we would be able to buy the house we needed with the budget we had. We had specific needs as we needed a home with a spacious in law suite, good sized backyard and a bigger driveway. We only saw 2 houses during the whole house hunting process because the second one we saw we bought. He was able to negotiate a deal where we got the house for almost 50K under the original listing price. He was there for us for every question that we had (which was a lot since there were 3 people buying this house).I would highly recommend him! I have told many people about Andrew in case they ever need a real estate agent.Thank you again Andrew for making our dream a reality with our first home!

My husband and I recently sold our home in Hamilton. I was dreading the process of selling our house. Andrew was recommend to us by friends and I am so glad we went with him. Andrew was able to make the process easy and was incredibly organized. We were given specific timelines for everything and he was always available to answer our questions. We were planning to move out of province so Andrew was able to find us another agent to assist with the different area. I would highly recommend anyone in the Hamilton area to work with Andrew. Andrew helped us buy a home and then sell our home and the experience was exceptional. He is always available 24/7 to respond to texts or answer calls, he is patient with any questions we have throughout the process. He was able to sell out house for well above asking because of the strategy he deployed. Not only was it a fantastic experience but he also does not sugar coat things like most would to get the business. When interviewing various agents some made promises that did not seem realistic and in hinds sight their strategies would not have been as affective. Andrew lays out the best path forward and explains the logic behind it. I can tell much thought and experience is drawn upon to make decisions on list price and timing. I would highly recommend Andrew when you are buying, selling or just have questions about the real estate market.
