Extremely hard to get ahold of anyone... im getting my new car in a few days and I have emailed 3 times and tried to call... put me through to a voice-mail and sent me 3 different automated messages over email. I can't get my car until I speak to my broker. I was with cambrian insurance before brokerlink took over, and I really wish they were still a thing. Please hire more staff if you can't deal with the volume of inquires.

Made a mess of my insurance and a women I know made a mess of hers to not a good place to get insurance they will tell you that if your transmission blows that your vehicle is not fit for the road and tell you to show proof that your put a new one in or they wont insure you

Entered my information improperly just to give me a lower quote.Months went by before I realized the errors on my sheets. One of the biggest errors was that they didn't have my mortgage covered.Went through many agents in the short time I was with this company. Seem to have difficulties keeping employees.could never get ahold of my agent? would take weeks for her to get back.Then had to pay my way out of my contract because of their errors and my unwillingness to pay a price that was much more then the price I was originally quoted .not a good experience/ would not recommend to anyone

I've spent 2 weeks trying to get my car switched from parking insurance back to full coverage. I've inquired multiple times with only vague responses back. Have been doing this switch with my car for 8 years, never had a problem. This was the latest mishap, and I am currently looking for another provider. Had no problem with Rivet before they got bought out. If I could post a 0 star I would

Been with them for years. Received my renewal policy and the rates were astronomical. Switched insurance companies.
