Belle was so nice with me when it was my first time. She was patient and very friendly.The rest of the staff is was nice too. They even gave me coffee shop recommendations when I asked.I would recommend it!

Great service, very knowledgeable staff !Answered all my questions and the clinic is extremely clean and they sell products as well to help for the aftercare !Definetly recommend and will come back ! I signed up for a membership even !

I prefer Griffintown over St Denis. It is more cleaner and staff is friendlier. Lisa was super nice when I accompanied a friend for her waxing.

Absolutely love this location! Doesn't matter who I see, all the Fuzzologists are always so professional and educate me on the proper skin care. I definitely always learn something about over all wellness!It's worth it to become a member if you wax monthly because you save a ton of money and members get extra perks which sold me immediately.If you are looking for a clean spot to get all your bits waxed - this is the place for you!

Services are good, but managing/customer service from the front lady was terrible. Appointment was pushed, then they’d canceled one of the service as I arrived. Will not be returning to this location.

Belle and Wendy made my first experience so positive that I can't wait to come back to get my waxing done again. They made me feel comfortable and I realized that it is actually not so painful as I thought. I am surprised I was able to tolerate the pain!
