Warm greetings, I completed my program at Arbutus College almost 2 years ago. It was a great experience with the learning environment! Instructors are professional and course contents were matched in terms of pursuing my goals in academic and professional work life. College staff were always helpful to students. Highly recommended!

I have been studying at Arbutus college for two months. It is the best experience for me to study English with a variety of students from all over the world. Thanks to Mia(Marketer), she helped us a lot with not only academic specifications but also personal needs.

The front desk can’t speak proper English, and I was doing a favour for my friend asking for T2202form and they said no record of the student, they refuse to give me anymore info, and the people who spoke to me actually was shouting at me, this is the worst worst school, poor management with a bunch of useless people. If you enrolled in this school you are guaranteed learn nothing. And my they will not last long for sure. They used to have work permits after you completed their course but the government cancelled their work permit I think, my friend just wasted all his tuition fees and change school. This is the kinda school shouldn’t even exist .

If there was the option to select no star I will do it. DO NOT STUDY IN THIS SCHOOL. The director is the worst person I’ve ever meet. He just cares about the money, and when you ask for help, no one is there to help you but when you’re late in a payment he takes the time to make a letter saying that if you don’t pay next day or same day he will send all your information to Canada government to take you out of the country. No one wants this kind of stuff when your struggling with many things in a different country.

Worst experience on college ever. These guys only care about money and give zero help to their students. Every complain i had to student advisor was thrown under a rug. I don't know how a student advisor can be a person who does not know basic grammar and English. Their emails are unprofessional and not helpful at all

I enjoy how open and interactive the classes are! I am American and I read reviews on how the instructors are non native English speakers...i dont look into their background to know this nor does it affect my education. They are teaching in a way we can learn from both sides of the brain by interacting in small to large classes by getting the students involved.I thought i would be miserable sitting in class but i am actually paying attention more when you get to know people from all over the world including the teachers. The teachers I have also helped me individually on situations i may not know an answer to.The only bad thing.. wish the computers were more updated.The school is affordable and they work with you. Great choice for a fresh out of high school student or international transfer.P.S. it doesnt hurt there is food choices and transportation around the corner!

It was better than I expected after reading all the reviews. However, DO NOT TRUST THEIR JOB PLACEMENT COMPANY. I had to give up my practicum experience because the job placement company called stepwest is doing the worst job ever. It's not something that this college needs to be dealing with, however, I do hope this school puts a little bit of effort to find a new company to outsource the job placement. Office people, especially finances are a little bit rude, but I didn't have to deal with them all the time so it's okay. All I want to warn you all who are reading this review is not to trust the job placement company. Most of the teachers are nice here :)

New student should not enroll to this school. Instructors are not well english speaker, heavy indian accent. They teach you without telling you what textbook you need. So you have no idea what they teach you whether true or false.Staffs and receptionist are rude and demand you, their main focus is how to dig your money out of your pocket as much as they can rather than help you out with your future, and while you are new to the country, you are like sheep so they fool you so easy.Steer away from this ridiculous college". You will not find any good knowledge beside you will learn their trick overtime they fool you.Thanks for reading."

Arbutus is an amazing school. I have been studying here for 5 months now and they have excellent instrucgors - Mr.Go and Mr. Vikram

School is located at the epicenter of Vancouver so everything is accessible. It has a small campus which makes it easy for me to build a good connection with everyone. But what I like most is their flexible schedule that helps me to easily manage my time.
