Greedy. Worked for these guys during a shutdown, always asking people to work straight time, not paying out overtime, losing hours. Managment trying to circumvent their own collective agreement and the labour board. Scab tactics. Making employees feel like they will be laid off if they don't accept the straight time. Their field and site crew was good.

A lot of companies say that they are family based, but when it comes down to it their true colors come out, as for link they go out of their way and show what a family orientated company really is. The office staff are educated respectful and treat you like a friend not like a number.With a well ran safety program I've always felt safe working for them on any site rather it be in the city or out of town.What company out there do you know that the VP (owner) knows you by your full name? well Johnny does and I know many of you reading this can say the same.With my experience working at link I would recommend anyone to work for these guys and would definitely work for them again.

Very nice company to work for, management and employees pride themselves on good craftsmanship and safety. Would recommend anyone who loves the trade to work for them.
