Seduction (Fashion District)

This location of Seduction, on Queen Street West, is super friendly and exceptionally professional. I just spoke to a rotating manager, Ashley, and she took the time to listen to me.I had experienced horrible customer service at the Yonge Street location. When I tried to make a complaint about my experience, the 'so called' manager refused to take my complaint seriously, was quite hostile to me on the phone that I know that my complaint about the experience would go on deaf ears. So, I called the Queen West location, and was able to speak to Ashley. She was very understanding and respectful.Although, I probably won't go back to the Yonge location, I'm spending my money at Queen West instead!!!

Rude staff, will not let you try on shoes unless you are going to buy them. Made us feel rushed to buy and like we were burdening them by asking. You are better off going to any other location.

Curb side pick up is very confusing . The website doesn’t show what they have available in stock at the store .

Always feel comfortable coming into the store. The girls are very informative when answering questions and even bring up other things one didn't even consider.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by a wonderful and knowledgeable employee by the name of Kendra. She took her time helping me with all my questions and aided me in finding exactly what I was looking for. I encourage her employers to take note of my positive review. :)

I really miss the old location if this is the same store that was on yonge street originally.The staff there was amazing but I can't speak for the new place as I haven't been there

The cashier was extremely helpful and very kind, most places could learn a thing or two about customer service from these guys

I was trying to find a gift for a close friend's imminent birthday, on the Seduction website. It was a last minute decision on my part and I called the Montreal head office only to learn that FedEx was not an option for shipping to Toronto. Emilie then referred me to a young woman named Ashley of the Queen Street West shop. After a quick call to her, she gave me directions and I made my way to the store. It being a Friday, traffic was the pits, as usual. Lo and behold, as I approach the store, there is a parking spot 10 paces from the front door. It only got better from there on in! Ashley is the most intuitive young woman I have ever met. She not only refunded me for 2 faulty products that I had received from Montreal, she expertly and professionally counseled me on alternate products. You guessed it: I walked out with about 4 times (4X) the amount refunded! Ashley, I can only thank you once again for your outstanding service and courtesy to this older gent. JP1

Literally wish I could leave a 0 star review. I bought a pair of ‘Pleaser’ heels and they broke less than one month after my purchase. My friend bought a pair of Pleasers and they broke during her FIRST SHIFT of wearing them. Came back to seductions and the lady with the bob haircut was absolutely no help. Seemed like she hated people and just wanted us out of the store for coming to her with an issue with their product. Absolutely horrible costumer service. Im at a loss of words with this experience.

As a customer of Seduction without any experience regarding adult toys, I found this store to be one of the best place to shop in term of products' prices and receiving information from friendly, professional and informative staff. Before shopping from Seduction, I shoped around other adults' toy store in Toronto for two weeks. I found no other store that has variety of toys selections with reasonable prices. So, I came back to Suduction and purchased an adult toy. I am very satisfied for the price I paid and got even 10% discount. Most importantly the two staff who work here were so nice, caring and patient with all my concerns and questions. Thank you for having this store in Toronto.
