It was very bad experience. Tall and healthy lady was making faces and didn’t even tell us when our order was ready. We had to ask them is it ours.Totally unsatisfactory customer service and the order was also roughly made. Unhappy not gonna come at this location again.

Always on time. Great place on Dougall location.But today I was really shocked am really sad how Starbucks would give me just 1/4 cup of drink of I ask them no ice. Am I paying for frozen water? The lady who gave me was very sorry that this is all I will get. I figured it's not in her hand must be the Starbucks policy but what the heck is this? Why am I paying 6$ for 4 sips? Help me understand Starbucks.

Staff too busy with drive through to pay any attention to instore customers. No napkins in the dispensers. Dirty sticky table tops. Worn down padded bench seats. Terrible experience!!1

Just wanted to say thank you for going above & beyond today. I called the store to ask if a barista would write a note on an Uber bag for my friend and the woman who answered was more than kind to do so. Thank you guys, it's the little things!

Very small Starbucks, just 3 tables and the wifi is pretty bad. But if you’re just looking to grab and go coffee then it’s ok

Definitely my favourite location ever! Ashleigh and her team are absolutely amazing. I’ve been coming here since they opened and probably visit 2-3 times a day. And all I can say is that they’re consistently making sure my order is perfect every time. I moved to a different part of town but still go all the way here to get my coffee. Also, inside is always super clean and welcoming. Love this place!
