They have an extremely rude supervisor. She gave me an attitude and while I was still talking to her telling her she can't give me an attitude, she turned her back on me and started mocking as she walked away. Shocking behaviour.

Raenne is such a rude and racist person and said i cannot return the item because i opened the box. I returned the bassinet after a week of purchase and it was fully disassembled and had zero scratches and i had receipt too. I still don’t Understand why she was mad at me. I tried to explain her that baby is bit healthier and this bassinet is not a perfect fit for him and she was getting mad at me for not checking the measurements earlier. Her behaviour was extremely inappropriate.

When I purchased a lego set for a birthday, the staff was knowledgeable and super friendly how they treated every single customer! Definitely will visit the store again for birthday presents to support a local buisness!

A bit of a smaller, more intimate ToysR"Us location. They still have pretty much everything you could find at any other franchised location.I think they may have cut off access from the mall

I had to give one star. They have discount signs but does not align to the current product. Apparently they are claiming, might have been miss placed by other customers. Then I suggest if you could routinely check if the product is in the correct area for the clearance discount. Not very apologetic as well as I waited for a very long line and blames other customer.

Another awesome Toys R Us. Thank God the Canadian division is independent of the US one. Otherwise, we would have lost a wonderful company in Canada.This store is spacious and large. They are well stocked and well organized. I don't feel clutter yet I feel they have a huge inventory of toys and supplies.Staff are friendly and do their best to help you out. Love popping by this store whenever we are at Cross Iron Mills.

This store has an amazing selection of toys for every age. They have a huge wall of bikes for toddlers up to… well, not toddlers. There is a good Lego selection also. I could go on about the different types of toys but there’s a ton to choose from. The store is well lit, clean and the staff is very helpful. This store connect to babies r us also so you can hop back and forth easily. Great store. Would recommend.

This Toys R Us has the best customer service that my husband and I have had from any retail store. We are having a baby and have been shopping for all the things baby, and the staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We found the stroller system we want for $50 less at another store, but refuse to buy it from there and will pay the extra at Toys R Us strictly based on the customer service. We have left both times we have been there in the last two days confident that we are getting the best product for us! Thank you!

The lady there helped us with baby registry and gave us a gift bag for newborn baby. The items are available but little bit expensive. There is a whole section for video games and there were a few employees working in this branch, may be because of the COVID. We liked the service and the cashier lanes with stickers on the floor to keep the social distancing
