Accurate Heart Diagnostic Center

Don't go here. Their scheduling and time management is a joke. Constantly changing appointments and making excuses. After forcing my mom to bump up her appointment time by an hour, they made her wait almost 2 hours anyways. All the 5 star reviews on here must be fake.

Told me to wait 15 min but now more than 1 hour , so bad

The clinic has friendly atmosphere- from receptionist to the technicians up to the cardiologists are all very nice. Quick appointments and results are fast thus saving most of the patient's life. What I like about this clinic is that they do all the bookings for other tests and procedures needed and will let you know once you are booked.I highly refer this clinic for all the cardiac issues.

One of the worst customer care delivery clinic. They do not have medical ethics at all. They speaks different languages in front of other nationalities and have favorations for their own nationality. They are not reluctant to remove the patient after preparing for the echocardiogram to favour their own nationality .

This place is waste of patient time, people who work along with Doctor have no time management. I would recommend to find another clinic rather then go to this clinic. We spent over three and half hours waiting for Doctor consultation and had leave because we had to be on time to another appointment. The front desk is absolutely hopeless can not say much about Doctor but I don't expect much from him as he is running this place.

The time management in this place is absolutely horrible. I was told the appointment was 9-10, ended up being stretched to 11am. I had to cancel another appointment because of that. The staff is nice, friendly but the doctors take forever. They made me wait 1hr for consultation. Overall poor time management and wouldn't recommend this place unless you HAVE to go here

Extremely Bad service, my stress test appointment was scheduled for 10:40 am on September 21, 2109, but I waited for more than half an hour, both the receptionist was away from their desk, no one was there to assist me that how long I have to wait to see the doctor.No hospitality skills, I will never recommend this clinic to everyone, extremely worse experience ever I had with any kind of medical centre.

I had an awful experience at this place, I have no idea how it's still even running. The MOST unprofessional place i've been to in my entire life, if you value your health even a little stay out of this place that shouldn't even be open or running. You won't believe or imagine how outdated every single item in this place is, everything is pretty much ancient and no longer up to date. the entire process took an unbelievably long time because all, and i mean all, the machines aren't working. Besides the fact that the items they gave me and used on me where AWFUL and the CHEAPEST quality imaginable i had to have a device attached to me for 48 hours and needless to say everything fell apart within the first 10 hours. Everybody there is unprofessional and unwelcoming and everything is so outdated and awful. 0/10 wouldn't recommend for anyone who wants to get better.

The behaviour of staff of Accurate heart diagnosis centre namely, Rafia, Rupi, Charanjit kaur and Icsis is very nice, helpful and polite. Dr Kilany is very nice Doctor and attends patients very politely.
