Highly compassionate when we had to put down two of our very precious faithful old furry friends in the past two years. Bent over backwards to make an incredibly difficult loss easier. Now are very helpful with our two new puppies one with a broken leg! Highly recommend these vets and their staff!

My experience so far has been great. I had to switch from Durham closer to home as my one pup has recently become Diabetic. Dr. McKibbon is great she has explained things well and helped to get my boy back on track. All the staff are very caring, attentive and great with me and my Pups. I'm thankful for their services!

My Golden Retriever had a stroke plus had vertigo! The clinic was awesome to deal with . Very understanding when Tobey couldn't walk. I did massage on his spine and legs ! Now you wouldn't think anything was wrong. Tobey is back to normal, not even a head tilt or a twitch in his eye ! Thank you so much to the Rockford Vet Clinic.Donna Webb

They always take care of my Chloe so good, they are the best.

We took our new puppy here. They will not allow people in the building despite having a large waiting area that could be converted to allow social distancing when one client enters at a time. The tech took my puppy from me without a leash. When I voiced my concern about this (since a vet clinic in the area recently lost a dog and they are right on the highway) she replied she had a hold of him. I was not impressed and this caused me anxiety. I then had to sit in my car for an hour with it running because it was too cold outside to turn it off. I will not be taking my cat here because it will cause him too much stress and me too much anxiety. He has been going here for 10 years and always had an okay experience. However, how they are handling things with COVID was a terrible experience. I wish they would consider accommodating their space like every other business has in the area.

They are so kind to our Harley! On top of things. She comes first! Comforting, she can't wait to get in the door.

Can't Thank the Clinic and Vets for such great care of our pets. Recently Dr Jennifer Woodhouse did a dental on our Boston She was beyond fantastic with Rosey and with us as a family . Have been going to this Vet Clinic now for 47 years and they have never let us down!! THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!!

Wouldn't help me when my dog was bleeding profusely on a Saturday after cutting himself on the trail.Ended up having to drive over 2 hours and have part of his foot removed at another clinic.Not very nice.(Used the pandemic as the reason they couldn't help us, since we weren't regular clients there... They must know something I don't about the risk of getting covid from pets).
