This company does not follow the ministry rules. If you get them to collect money for you you're guaranteed not to receive all of it or maybe not even any of it. Their customer service are horrible. If you Google their name again you'll see they have two different reviews. One is 1.6 and they're hiding that review so nobody can read them and the horrible customer service they give.Can you imagine you hire them to collect money for you. And it turns out you won't get any money at all they keep it for themselves. Read the other reviews that start with 1.6. Not this review it's 4.2 and it's fabricated

STAY AWAY FROM THEM! They will call you daily until you sign their papers. You can not get a hold anybody after that. They have a 90 day cancellation policy, and I cancelled within a week of signing because of the poor customer service. They still keep sending me an invoice for the service they have never provided. Whenever you call the office and speak to someone, they will not answer any questions, and the only thing they will tell you is to email their customer service department, which I have done several times. They read the email, but no one ever replies. I am at my wits end, and not sure what to do. I will be certain to escalate this as high and as far as I can to have my issue resolved. So again, I want to reiterate, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

In all the years we have been in business we have never had to use a collection agency. Well that day did come as I was about to retire and close the business I had one individual stiff me for a project. I was packing up for the winter and decided to give it to CNI to collect so i didn't have the hassle and within a few months they were able to get the money back for me and i was able to enjoy my retirement without having to worry about that money.

We submitted several accounts to this company for collection. They collected on one, the customer paid us directly. I advised them of the payment, they issued their bill for their percentage and I paid it. Different people keep calling me asking for invoices, statements, as they are working the other files I sent to them. I had already submitted all documentation to them before. I decided it wasn't worth the hassle and requested them to cease any activity and close my account. A few weeks back I get an invoice for their share of payments supposedly paid to us by the customer (apparently the customer told them they paid & they are taking their word for it). I received no payments from any customers, yet they are billing me for their percentage. I have tried to explain to different people and they are relentless. They expect payment for accounts they could not collect on. Don't ever use them. Their staff turnover rate must be extremely high as a different person calls me every time.

This company is HORRIBLE!! ONE STAR review is still too high.DO NOT waste your money and time. Stay away from this fraud people.They are using a few different business name under the same address (@ 91 GENEVA ST.)‘DIXON COMMERCIAL’‘NOTAPPLICABLE’‘CREDIT NETWORK INC.’‘GENEVA BUSINESS CENTRE’We hired them two years ago and got NOTHING until now.We wasted JOINING FEE and PHASE THREE action fee for each accounts.HUGE REGRET!!

I'm writing this testimony to express my full support for Credit Network Inc. Located at 91 Geneva Street, St. Catherines, Ontario.On August 2022 , our daycare center, located in Ottawa, had to deal with a client who ignored the terms of our contract and left our program without paying his childcare services. This account was given to CNI, and in three months, the full payment was recuperate. I was happy to receive a cheque issue to Learn N Play Daycare by Credit Network Inc.

Terrible company to deal with. They are rude on the phone when you finally get to speak with someone and will not return your calls or emails. I hired them for collections of unpaid debt owed to our company, and although they have collected monies from a couple of clients, they've yet to send any money collected to us - I keep getting we've mailed a cheque" and yet a year has passed with nothing but excuses and no cheque! They don't notify you either once they have collected from one of your clients which can be embarrassing when you're speaking with a client that you believe still owes you money only to find out they've paid CNI directly. They've made it abundantly clear that their clients are not a priority. They are good at shuffling you around and you are unable to get answers to any of your questions. Would not trust them or recommend them!!!"

get this company zero if I could. If you hire them to collect money for you. Make sure you read the reviews. They have two different names they go under with two sets of reviews. You will not get your money. If they're collecting money from you they'll harass you and not follow the ministry rules.

After trying to deal with my clients for over a year to get them to clear up their outstanding debts, I decided that I needed help in trying to recover them. I signed on with Credit Network Inc to see what they can do. To my shock, I have started receiving payments from my clients. My only regret is trying so long by myself. I have been very happy with my experience.

We have dealt with a lot of delinquent customers we have been trying to recoup over the past few years. We decided that doing it ourselves was a complete waste of time. So we decided to bring in some muscle to help us with this. After signing on with CNI, we have recovered close to 70% of the money owed to us. I guess with the real threat of hurting credit ratings, people actually start to care about what they owe. One of the best business decision we have made.
