Bloody great drop-off & pick-up service, although a bit pricey. I live on Quadra & I use this place's laundry service whenever I'm in a rush & have a lot to do in Campbell River, or in the winter when line drying isn't an option. Haven't yet had any problems with laundry missing or anything else.

Very clean and tidy and all of the staff are super friendly and helpful.My only negative comment is that one or two of the machines have been out of service for a number of months otherwise a great place!

It is a laundromat. I have to wash a couple of my larger comforters at the laundromat My smallish washer is lacking the capacity to do it thoroughly sadly. So I lug them downtown and to pay a bazillion dollars to use the large machine . I believe it's $9 a load and I haven't spent any time researching the competition or the hydro factor lol Staff seems pleasant and it is kept tidy which is why I keep going . They also are a Purolator outlet !

Don’t leave your clothes unattended. Thieves went through my dryer and took all mens clothes ,3 carhart , jogging pants , hoodie . Left woman’s clothes , only left them for ten minutes.

Called in at 5:55pm to ask how long it takes for loads to go through, lady laughed and said the cut-off is 5:30 pm and then immediately hung up on me as I was asking another question...wow.So, as someone who works until 5:30, forget this place.After this phone call, I'm glad their hours don't work for me, as that was just plain rude to cut me off mid sentence.
