Called Yes Home Inspection on Thanksgiving (our offer was accepted the day before), expecting to leave a message, but Al picked up and we talked for several minutes. I told him we only had a few days to get the inspection done, and although it was a holiday weekend, he was able to schedule our inspection for that Sunday. When we met at the house, he was very friendly and very professional. He didn’t mind our following him around the house while he did his inspection. He answered all our questions, pointed out all the issues with the house, explained how some of those problems came to be, and made recommendations for fixing the problems. Thankfully there was nothing major. The report we received the next day was detailed and easy to follow. He also sent us a “priority” list of things we should take care of immediately, which is very much appreciated. I would recommend Al to any home buyer who is in need of a thorough home inspection.

Al was a delight from the first call. He came out immediately and was incredibly thorough through out the inspection of our home. He goes above and beyond and very informative about the process. Mr. AL was the man who did my inspection. From our phone conversation to his appraisal report he was very professional and detailed on what I/need to be done. This company I would recommend to anyone who is looking for their home to be inspected. Mr. AL saved me a headache when he inspected a home I was getting ready to sign 2 days before I was to close. It was so many issues that I was blinded to and Mr. AL report showed me so many red flags that the seller didn't want to fix. I am looking to purchase a Trailer Home and the closing process moves faster than a regular home closing. I contacted Al on a Friday, 5/14/2021 due to the closing being scheduled for Monday, 5/17/2021. During our conversation, Al was very helpful and informative. Even though I contacted Al so late he came out today, Sunday, 5/16/2021 and completed an inspection for me the day before my closing is to take place. Much to my surprise, Al was there to begin 40 minutes before our scheduled appointment. Al is so personable and professional at all times. After the inspection was completed he did a walk through and explained what I would see in his report. I would definitely refer him to others. Al was such a God send and right on time.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Al. He was extremely thorough in my walk and talk consultation/inspection, did way more than I expected and made me feel good about purchasing my home. He is very responsive, kind and really knows what he’s doing. I would recommend him to anyone.
