Transform Your Story

I often had a hard time in making tangible plans in order to achieve my goals, which makes me discouraged and frustrated about myself. I wasn't able to open up my dreams and desires to others due to my fear and lack of confidence.But Caran really helped express them clearly and figure out how to make my dreams come true. Surely it wasn't easy procedure for me, but she was with me and guided me to find my own way to transform my story. Her questions and encouragements were like a compass in the middle of the ocean.Thank you, Caran for your love and wisdom. I wish more people would transform their stories by the coaching with Caran.

I had a wonderful time in my life coaching sessions with Caran. She is very easy to talk and open up to and it didn't matter if we were in person or over zoom. Caran is very knowledgeable and gives really good insight. She asks great questions that really move the conversation forward and this really helped me to figure things out about myself.We focused on the Enneagram and I found this really interesting and helpful in understanding myself and why I might gravitate to acting/thinking in certain ways. Caran created worksheets and these were really helpful. They are laid out well with a lot of information and easy to understand. I wasn't always sure how to answer the questions but they led me to think and watch how I do life and think about why that might be. I also enjoyed that it asked for examples as I process better with examples! Caran also gave me some great examples that helped me to see these same things in my life.As a Christian it was helpful to have insight from Caran who is also a Christian, but she was clear that she would only bring faith related conversations, reflections and questions up if I was comfortable and happy to move in that direction.I still have much growth to do - I think we always will - but these sessions have helped me have the confidence as well as knowledge and tools to keep moving forward in my journey toward self discovery!
