Bluenose RV

We purchased a used motor home from bluenose last year. We enjoyed a prolonged trip throughout the eastern provinces and cannot wait to do it again! We had a slight problem with one of our slides and it was resolved right away. . The staff were courteous and helpful and we look forward to being long time customers.

I was actually looking for information about extended warranties for a relative. They were able to research information for me and answered all my questions without violating the privacy act. That is pretty rare today to have people go out of their way to help without me even being a customer. Well done I say they should be proud!

We purchased our rv in February and had it towed to our location in May. With every new rv there are issues but Bluenose has responded to our issues very timely and professionally each time. We have been so pleased.

Our whole experience with Bluenose RV has been perfect, right from the purchase of or 2022 Stratus to the service,Service is excellent, had some electrical gremlins on our 2022 Stratus and Shauna from the service dept and Royden a technician went above and beyond for us and couldn’t be happier with the service they provided,We wanted to buy local and this has just confirmed we made the right decision!

We made an appointment over 2 months ago for our RV maintenance including ordering a few things. Left our credit card etc. On our way to delivery we had a small fire in our battery case. They automatically said it was an insurance job and didn’t even take it in to evaluate the damage let alone the issues of concern originally discussed. Our appointment has been swept under the rug, It has been 12 days past our appointment date and still nothing.Each time we call The service manager tells us “it’s going in today” so he can appease you only to let it sit without so much as a phone call. Last contact I made I’m told it’s because of COVID that I need to be patient or come get it. Thanks for letting our season slip away because it’s now impossible to get an appointment elsewhere.Meanwhile their big weekend sale is priority. ( no COVID there) Do not buy from this location if your looking for customer service. You won’t find any here.Update* our insurance agent agreed the damage was minor contained to the battery trunk. We brought it home, replaced the wires and batteries in 2 hours. It’s now at our seasonal lot. Guess we will have to wait till end of season for the original work.

We purchased a pre owned zinger lite 2021. When we got it home we discovered the furnace didnt work. We then discovered the septic system had not been dumped! Our yard was a mess! Thank you Bluenose RV. When I called the dealer to tell them that clearly our camper had never been inspected prior to sale. We were reminded that the furnace would still be under warranty and we were offered a store credit of 250 for parts! Really. 35000 dollars for a camper that left their facility uninspected. We do not recommend this place. I will guarantee you will get better customer service anywhere else . We will see what other issues come up with this uninspected camper we purchased from this dealer.

Very well stocked and conveniently located just off the highway.We were dealing with Adrian and he was great. Not pushy and very knowledgeable. AND he came in on a day off to show us some units we wanted to see. We are still in the process of buying I’m pretty sure this will be the place we will be buying.

Found more than one RV on the website that fit our needs and was reasonably priced. The salesman Peter Iverson knew his products and was able to find payment terms that fit my situation just fine in only a few minutes. I'd suggest Bluenose RV, they made shopping stress free.

Just bought a trailer from here, Bluenose team was very friendly and knowledgeable of their equipment. Hopefully we won't have to deal with their Service department soon but they gave us an excellent walk through and explain everything well and quick. Thank you Adrian and Tresina for your help and thanks to the front desk staff for the laughs.

Took trailer in for inspection , they found 2 tires bad. Which was good. What was not good was they wanted to install , 2 of theirs@ 199$ each and 45 each to install! I buy my trailer tires for 100 ea and costs 10$ to install on rim ea. no where in NS does a tire change cost 45$ , price gouging! Then they would have to book another appt later on to bring trailer back in to check the replacement tires , couldn’t look outside and tell , yes , new ones installed! I drove the hour and got my trailer back paying 62$.to not get ripped off worse! The tire change would have cost 561$, I had it done for 210$. Unsatisfied puts it mildly!
