They're new but seem to do a great job. My employer uses them and continues to so that's a great sign. I also like the Interior design.

the manager derek is very dishonest. He didn’t know I understood mandarin and spoke to his mechanics about my car’s issues then turned around and told me an entirely different story. They gave me a diagnosis that was confirmed to be false by a third party repair shop, and even admitted that it was wrong to the other shop. but when I called they told me they don’t know what i’m talking about and still charged me. ended up costing me about 10k in faulty repairs and paid diagnostics that were wrong. I wonder why they were so horrible after reading so many positive reviews, perhaps it is because I’m a minor and my parents are not in the country.

A correction from the last post - put in the wrong name - front desk is Thomas Wong and not Henry Wong. I went to Automind Vancouver based on a recommendation from a Lexus dealership. It is a certified Lexus collision centre. Very very happy with the work done, the technician did a great job. The front desk (Thomas Wong) was excellent - customer focused, very responsive, knowledgeable and supportive. Would recommend Automind to anyone.

The staff were very helpful at Automind. They walked me through the process of my ICBC claim. Tom explained everything that was wrong with my car. He was very patient. I really appreciate their knowledge and expertise.

AutoMind Collision in Vancouver is an excellent autobody repair place. Their manager Kevin Chung is very experienced, honest and nice .Their receptionist is patient and has very nice manners. Most importantly, they did an excellent job. I highly recommended them.

Just completed my second AutoMind Vancouver repair: first was good, second - fantastic! Enjoyed excellent personal service by the branch manager, start to finish. Running a very busy & short-staffed shop, he guided me through the complexities of the ICBC / private repair decision with care, patience and great advice. Following an estimate of $4,620.60 for front bumper cover replacement & related repairs, original bumper cover was reinstalled and a grill component replaced - for $176, inc labour. An over-the-top autobody service experience!

I had my car serviced by AutoMind Vancouver for the first time after being referred by my dealership. There was a large scratch across my front bumper which they repainted and now looks like new. Very good service!
