Staff were nice and clinic clean. They were able to take me more quickly than other clinics. The radiologist however was not very friendly, and unfortunately it has taken more than a month for her to send the results of my ultrasound to my family doctor. Still waiting, not satisfactory.

Avoid this clinic. Very disappointed. I went for my ultrasound on Jan 27th and my doctor is still waiting for the results to be forwarded to him. I called several times but they don't even answer their phone. 2 months later, no result yet. Not again.

I went here for the second time. and yes my luck it took 4 months to get my results both times. Now i am trying call to make and appointment no one ever answers. So i decided to call with another number and suddenly i am able to leave messages. So i again try it to see one time to make sure it is not a coincidence. Yep my calls dont go through to them with my personal phone number. I need to use someone elses number ???

Complete fraud of a clinic, how can you expect people to wait over 3 weeks for a report that should take 24 to 48 hours to be completed and sent to the doctor? If you need imaging done go somewhere else. And to top it all off they can't even be reached by phone, probably because they don't want people to call about their incompetence. Really makes you wonder...

I had a great experience here. Went at 8 am, only a couple of people in line. I am completely Anglophone, the receptionist and technician spoke to me in english without any trouble. I was back in my car by 8:40, quick, efficient and pleasant.

Don't bother! After more than a month the radiologist at this place still has not provided any of my doctors with the XRAY report. This is unacceptable go elsewhere, there are better clinics in the Gatineau/ Hull area!

Find another clinic if you are interested in ever receiving your results. I was told 3-4 weeks for results (which is already ridiculous), and managed to get them down to 2 weeks because I had a doctor’s appointment to discuss it in place already and couldn’t reschedule.Doctor never received the results and we had to go on what the technician was telling me during the ultrasound. Called to get my results sent, and they suggested that I come pick the results up. Never had this kind of issue with an ultrasound anywhere else.

I would rate ZERO stars if I could! Please do not come to this place. Absolutely horrible service and clinic. They should not operate. I went in to do an X-ray, was told my family doctor will receive results 2 weeks later. It has been 3 months, still no results. I called 4 times to follow up, no one called back. My doctor called and nothing. It is impossible to reach anyone, it goes straight to only French voicemail and no one to speak to. Terrible service! And this is the type of medical care we are facing?!

Wow. Talk about a terrible experience! We went for our 20 week ultrasound, which is supposed to be an amazing experience but the Doctor was beyond rude, gave us major attitude the whole apt. She didnt even let us see a profile of the baby moving. Slow service and rude doctors. Dont go here.
