I recommend customer service courses given to the younger staff with blue hair (Alex) Maybe also some community service hours to learn that as a community, we need to be mindful and kind, not only she talks back, but also raises her voice and kicks people out claiming she is allowed to “deny service”.. An incident that happened last night. Horrible and embarrassing. There were children in the gas bar!

The car wash is terrible. Was there today went through the car wash at the end when the dryer turned on and started to count back I started to move slowly with my car but half way down I realized a lot of water was still on my front windows so moved back a bit when suddenly the dryer turned off at 20 seconds leaving my half car completely wet. Went into the station where I met two employees, one had no idea what was going on the other understood immediately, probably I wasn’t the first with this issue, and said if the car is moving backwards the dryer turns out. I suggest to let people know this upfront so then they won’t waste their money for the car wash.

Wash card dumped a reload of washes. Zero customer service by manager on duty. The other young lady was however very nice and tried to check the system. The manager on duty (pink hair young lady) did not even check the system and only said they were probably all used which is incorrect and the whole reason I wanted to try and fix it to continue using canadian tire gas+ stations and car wash. A shame how little importance us customers have for return business.

Cashier in shoulder length red-ish/brown hair in need of some customer service training - bad for business to have her there.

Amazing car wash, they don’t cheap out on product or water. We’ll valued for sure.. my only complaint is that they don’t offer 94 octane gas.

I went to put gas into my car, and realized I forgot my wallet after. I called my Husband to come immediately to come and pay. The cashier became hostile and threatens me that she will be calling the police and reporting me. My husband soon pulls up and pays Immediately with zero apologies.I have never felt the need to post a review on a gas station but I’ve never been treated this way and I am applauded this is how customers are treated. I would give zero stars if I could.I would also like to note I have worked in gas stations and restaurants and many other customer service jobs and theft is extremely frustrating, regardless I have never treated anyone the way she treated me. Completely uncalled for.

The younger girl with the blue hair needs to learn some customer service skills... there was a small fuel spill by one of the pumps I guess, they had already put kitty litter down. I pulled up to it and she started yelling at me from across the parking lot freaking out... Maybe keep your cones closer to the pumps, that way when something happens your staff don't have to fetch them from the propane area.

Car wash says it has an under spray in the regular and ultimate car wash but it does not even have one installed in the car wash. They lie about that. Was disappointed because I wanted the wash to wash the salt of the undercarriage of my car. I didn’t feel or see the under spray so after I got out stomach on the ground to check and it was not only dry but still dirty and salty on the whole underside of my car. I went back in and told them and he thought there was even though I explained there clearly wasn’t. But gave me a re-wash right away which was good but didn’t help the fact really. Good customer service but a little false advertising if you ask me. And the underside is most important to get clean. I do a lot of mechanics and know how much the salt in Ottawa can destroy all parts on ur car. If you don’t care about the underside of your car then wash does a great job and the weather guarantee is also nice. Car wash itself gets 2 stars and store and service gets 4 for an average of 3 stars.

Terrible customer service. Been going there for a few years now and so far have been either snubbed, ignored or treated with an air of arrogance by red shirts AND the white shirt who most often than not seems to have a foul expression and is rude. Today went in to get an eliminator battery that was 18 months old tested and was being helped by one of the younger staffers when a senior butted in and stopped him from helping me and told me that they cannot honor any warranty OR test as I was out of luck" on this one. Never going back to this store
