First time customer, entered the Broadway store and quickly greeted and my preferred dryer chosen. Within minutes the sale was closed and i was on my way to their warehouse to pickup my purchase. Warehouse staff were equally efficient and in no time i had a dryer. I found them super price competitive and providing very good service. Parking in the back and convenient for people who commute and would like locally available appliances with excellent price competitiveness!

Bought a portable dishwasher from Canadian Appliance Source and the process was extremely smooth; they responded to all of my messages promptly, accommodated my schedule when choosing a pick-up time, and helped me load the dishwasher into my car. I would definitely buy from them again in the future!

Specifically relating to the warehouse in Burnaby.They have some really bad issues with their payment system. I got approved on the phone for the partial payment, came to warehouse to pick up the microwave and spent over 50 minutes because it was flagged (which wasn't said over the phone). Been here for 1 hiur minutes still waiting to get the microwave I pre paid for. Not the employees fault but definitely a bad experience.

The delivery team called me 3 times to confirm my delivery and the time of arrival. They spread floor runners everywhere before coming in with the appliance. They were very professional and certainly knew what they were doing. Great Job Guys.

The fridge was absolutely perfect. The delivery was 5 star. As I was told there would be a 4 hr window, I did not get it. They were here exactly 8AM.Which I was totally unprepared for. The driver dug right in to help me., and was so courteous, and respectful, and more helpful than you would ever expect. I am a senior 80+, so this kind of treatment has been up till now, only what I remember from the past, not so much in these days. God bless those men.

Avoid CAS at all costs. We received a damaged fridge, and between the mis-information from the sales team, the high turnover at store level and lack of care from 'after sales' we are left with a damaged fridge and a headache of a situation. The Sales team is in the business of 'not my problem' after they get their commission. The After Sales rejected our claim for an exchange prior to even hearing what the reason for the exchange was.

After my fridge quit, CAS sales person was very helpful - a new fridge was delivered and the old one picked up the next day, exactly as arranged. Their delivery people were especially good - fridge was brought around to back of the house directly into the kitchen avoiding any damage to hardwood floors. I would highly recommend this company.

I bought a freezer from here. Drove 3 hours each way to pick it up. When I got it back to my house and unpacked it there was a giant dent (not a big deal). We called to have it replaced and they said they would send a delivery to swap the freezer out. After a couple weeks they told us we would have to drive the 3 hours back to swap the freezer. We have been getting multiple emails a week asking when we will be picking it up. I have explained that we live 3 hours away (6 hours round trip) and it’s not convenient for us to just make a trip for that. I would think they would be a little more flexible given that they sold us a dented freezer.
