Foothills Cleaners

We used Foothills Cleaners for the first time to clean outside windows and the glass panes on our deck. Very happy with everything! Professional and friendly, and the windows are spot free even after a rainstorm spattering rain on them.

This is the second year we’ve had Foothills Cleaners do our exterior window washing and we would highly recommend this company. They are all so friendly and do such a fantastic job! We will hire them again next year.

Went in there with two winter coats needing repair of some tearing. In any dry cleaner/ repair place I have always been able to get the price up front after they look at it. Not only did the woman have no ability to tell me how much it would cost, she stated they always give the price after the repair is done, all in her less than sunny demeanour. She also told me that in order to get my two coats repaired, I would have to pay to get them cleaned first, stating it’s their policy. I said I just wanted them repaired. She went on to talk about how their pins would cross-contaminate. Never heard such a thing in my life. She told me if I wanted a price I would have to return just before the closing time to have someone else look at them.This was probably the most frustrated 3 minutes in a dry cleaners I’ve ever spent in my whole life, that I can’t get back. I could just imagine what the price would have been after the fact.Thanks, but no thanks.

Foothills Cleaners are always professional, courteous and efficient when working in my home. Definitely recommend them for all their cleaning services.

Foothills Cleaners offers many services; we used the exterior power wash and window wash this time.The team of 3 did a great job, were professional and courteous. Before leaving, the team lead asked if we were satisfied and was the job satisfactory. That was a first for me! A company who cared and asked before they left.Highly recommend Foothills Cleaners. It's unfortunate that in this location there seems to be some very obvious racial profiling happening with the front desk lady.I came in to get 4 items altered but was treated very coldly by the older lady at the front counter. Customer service is VERY important for small businesses and everyone who walks into an establishment should be greeted in the same manner.I wasn't greeted yet everyone else who walked in during the time I was there was greeted. I went out of my way to be kind to the front desk clerk because why be rude? She was very short with me and I was again met with a grimace rather than a smile and how can I help you today?"I had 4 dresses I need altered and was made to stand awkwardly by the side of the front desk counter to get my measurements of each garment taken while the front desk lady was kind and greeted every other person who came through the door during that time. She took payments while I stood waiting to get all my dresses measured and taken in.This was a very awkward situation for me.When I came back today to get my clothing that totaled $137.00 for 4 dresses to be taken in at the waist by 2 inches (very high compared to tailors in Calgary) I was again

I've been a customer with Foothills Cleaners for a number of years. Usually I bring them regular cleaning jobs like my husband's suits but sometimes I bring them tricky items like my lilac Coach bag... they do an incredible job each time. I was happy with my most recent visit when I brought a jacket in and needed it back sooner than their usual promise time. The lady (didn't get her name) was very helpful and was able to rush the item through. There was no extra charge. Thank you for your small town service, FC!

they dry cleaned and altered my grad dress and did an excellent job! it fit perfectly and looked amazing. i will definitely be going back for their services
