Elysian offers a welcoming, professional and competent environment wherein you may access an array of services provided by amazing staff for a very competitive price.I particularly recommend Mike, who takes good care of all my physio needs. I highly recommend Elysian!

I really was impressed by the quality of service and cleanliness of Elysian. Unfortunately I have decided to not be a client here anymore after having to cancel the morning of my appointment for being sick and not being able to be refunded.There is absolutely no compassion with the cancellation policy, it doesn’t matter what the reason is they will still take your money.I want to be understanding because I know the employees are contractors and a cancelled appointment means they don’t get paid. But also am I supposed to show up sick and get them sick too?? I know that if my massage therapist is sick then she can’t work.I got the receptionist to pass on a message to the owner to see if there was any ability to get a refund or discount. I got a message back saying that “they can’t trust that I was being honest about being sick because I’ve cancelled appointments before”. Yes I’ve cancelled before, but before 48h of the appointment because I’ve known I haven’t been able to make it and want to be respectful of their time. That doesn’t make me a liar. They also suggested that next time if I’m sick I’m welcome to still come. I’m sorry but that’s ridiculous.I know I will get a passive aggressive note back from the owner but I don’t care. I’ve been a good customer and spent probably thousands here.

I have never been to a wellness centre before and frankly I was terrified. My experience has been amazing thus far. The clinic is beautiful, the receptionist is very kind and informative. I feel very relaxed and comfortable during my visits. I drive all the way from Rockland to be seen. Danice Kelly has taken wonderful care of me and has been focusing on my needs. Her knowledge on gut health has been ESSENTIAL to my journey and I strongly recommend her. She really educated me on the importance of visiting a nutritionist and it not only about losing or maintaining weight, but also it's importance for gut health and even mental health. She provides so many tools to use on a day to day life so that I can some day manage my health on my own. 10/10 life style change. Cannot wait for the future with Danice.

I work long hours at a wonderful job that keeps me at a desk solving problems for many people. I have 2 kids that I refuse to stop picking up until I can’t hold the weight if they ask because they’re adorable and I love them. I put my body through hell and Brooke is my RMT.Basically my lifeline to somewhat pain free motion that keeps my back in working order and my computer work muscles able to function. She’s always friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. All of the staff here are.They’re just so nice and helpful. Moe the CEO is hard working and dedicated to his staff and establishment and it shows not only in the condition of the facility but in the team he has built. I’ve been in Elysian for a year now and they’ve really helped me continue to Move Freely…Thanks everyone!!!

This new clinic is beautiful! I have gotten 2 massages from Brooke so far and they have been amazing! I always get up feeling so relaxed! I'm excited to see what the rest of the clinic is like with all the new services that are coming especially the yoga! I just had a yoga tune up class with Morgan and it was great! I’m starting to get back into my fitness journey and she made it very easy and not intimidating!

I have been going to Elysian Kanata/Bells for a few months now and highly recommend this establishment to my friends and family. I receive top notch Physiotherapy from Michael McCreight who is a highly skilled and professional therapist. I came in with chronic shoulder pain and within an hour he was able to assess my thoracic mobility issue. With remedial exercises, he and I were able to decrease my pain and increase my athletic performance. Sabrina at the front desk is a warm individual who make all feel welcome in the clinic. Looking forward to try the IV therapy in the near future.

Really impressed. Been here twice now, and I am thrilled with the professionals here. I've been seen by Brooke, and she's been excellent. Very accommodating and calming. The environment is clean, maybe a little sterile feeling. I'm always promptly greeted, and served on time. I hope to keep coming back. I feel so refreshed each time I leave.

I've been to a few Wellness Centers for mainly Physio and Michael from here goes above and beyond to help make a plan on where to start and what's best for the road to recovery, but I can easily say this is hands down the best one I've been too. It's not just the Clinic itself that is very elegant and clean, but the staff are very professional and informative. Their services are top notch, and I can easily recommend this place to anyone who is wanting exceptional service.

Money hungry company. I was looking forward to having a long running relationship with this provider.. I had a treatment plan in place and everything. Unfortunately I got Covid and strep throat at the same time. I could not cancel 3 full business days in advance since my appt was on a Monday, but I called them first thing in the morning. They *insisted* I complete the appointment over zoom despite the fact that I felt awful, could barely speak, and the appointment requires a machine to physically touch my body. Didn’t matter to them. If you get Covid or a contagious bacterial infection, you better go to your appt regardless or you will be charged $85.00. Awful company.

I honestly have nothing but great words to say about this place everything about this place is amazing the cleanliness the staff and how professional they are I was always skeptical about going to physio since I’ve always had the worst groin pain which led to my hips and back hurting. I know Moe the owner personally and I decided to give it a shot and got to work with Mike; I am proud to say after about 2 and a half months of working with Mike that my Groin pain is gone and my body feels amazing I didn’t think it was possible but it happened. Elysian is the best place to be if you care about your health trust me!!
