Spearhead Plumbing and Heating Ltd.
Called just after 830 for a hot water tank replacement. Someone took all my info and said that dispatch got in at 9. By 930 I hadn’t heard anything and was moving forward with another company. Finally, I received a credit card authorization email. I emailed back saying that we wouldn’t use them and my email was acknowledged. Over the next 5 days I received another 5 credit card authorization emails. So annoying. Never did hear from dispatch.
