Wonderful experience and highly recommend this company to everyone who’s looking for a tour.I booked two tour packages from Calgary via Viator and Trip Advisor. Ended up staying downtown Calgary which was a 6-7 minutes walk from the Ramada pickup point.The guide Jesse is very good and the bus driver Garry is very nice. Jesse was very communicative and gave tips to maximize the experience on all the stops.Didn’t get the lunch at Lake Louise, the guide pantry had ok options. Better to pack lunch or get a takeout with you for lake Louise.Highly recommend buying Gondola tickets through them as it’s hard to get the tickets depending on the crowds.For US travelers please keep $10 Canadian cash for gratuity per passenger as they only accept Canadian cash.Looking forward to another trip with them soon

Exceptionally friendly, honest and accommodating staff. The prices on their online store for certain services like JR Rail Pass can fluctuate over time due to the currency exchange rate, so they verify the prices when you pick up your purchase.At the time of my purchase the exchange rate was favourable for me, and they dropped the price to match. I was unaware of this procedure, and they could have easily kept the (minor) difference without impacting my perception of the experience, but they chose to do the honest thing.

Completed a 4 days tour. Well organized and professional. Allen the tour guide and the driver are very friendly and gave us great tips for a successful trip. Hotel locations are great Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the lakes, but their service could be a lot better. The bus arrived 25 minutes late, and we arrived back in Calgary almost 1 hour later than planned. Keep in mind that you might not find anything to eat during lunch time when Lake Louise is full, as the hotel closes restaurants for guests only, and Calgary Tours will not tell you that. Interestingly at the end of the tour, they go from seat to seat collecting a $10 gratitude per person. They say it’s optional but they expect you to do it saying they use that to pay the driver. The price of the tour should cover all your expenses, and tipping is extra. Don’t coerce people to tip when service is just okay, and even worse, don’t suggest the tipping value.

I had a memorable trip to Banff, Alberta with Calgary tours. Our tour guide Jesse was fun and also took amazing photos of us. I am definitely going to book another tour with them if I visit Calgary again.

We just finished a 4 day Jasper / Banff / Sulphur Mountain trip. The overall experience was excellent apart from a few minor niggles. The buses used were small and didn’t have toilet/WiFi /mobile charging ports. The tour guides/drivers were bilingual in English and Chinese but their English usage was rudimentary, so no ex-tempore comments in English. We booked the meal plans and the meals provided were really excellent as were the hotels provided for the stay (Jasper Inn & Banff Aspen Lodge).

Had a wonderful experience with Calgary Tours today. Our tour guide, Jessy was just amazing. He was very informative, supportive and friendly. I would definitely like to book another tour with Calgary Tours in the future and would love to have Jessy as our tour guide.

Last week we completed the 5-Day ROCKIES UNIQUE TOUR | Banff & Jasper & Yoho National Park tour. The booking with their website and the email for our tour modification both went through smoothly. The tour was very well organized with perfect timing and incredible views of the Rockies. Lodgings were nice and conveniently located near town centers.Jesse, our tour guy was cheerful. He managed the time well, thoughtful, and provided useful information throughout the trip.We are definitely going to book another tour with them if we visit Calgary again.

I booked the daytrip Drumheller tour and was pleasantly surprised. The shuttle is air conditioned and comfortable, and it's a convenient transportation option to hit up all the attractions/ points of interest in Drumheller. It was thorough and very organized, yet felt neither rushed nor drawn out at each stop - Just the right amount of time.My guide was very friendly and professional, and a good driver. The only nitpick I had is his English was a bit broken so I couldn't understand some of his stories/explanations, but that wasn't a big deal.Overall I definitely recommend booking this trip! Also - wear good shoes because there will be a couple desert hiking spots (at the hoodoos and badlands outside the Royal Tyrrell).
