WOW is all we can say!!!! We arrived boxing day at our vacation property in Fairmont Hot Springs and everything was going fine until we sat down for dinner. Our security system went off and indicated FLOOD". We checked the basement and yes indeed our septic field was backing up into the basement. We called every number we could find in the columbia valley with no answer and no response. We found Michael's number and he was so helpful
