Apparently this location really doesn't want anyone placing orders for pickup... call was on hold for 15 minutes. Ended up just ordering from somewhere else. Will never order from any pizza hut location again if this is the customer service provided.

Horrible experience. We ordered a pizza which didn’t even show up. Staff are very inexperienced. They said they don’t know what’s going on and have no idea where the order went. We waited over an hour and still no show. Huge waste of time.

I meant to write this review a long time ago,e September 26, 2019 to be exact. We had ordered a pizza and the delivery was taking quite a while and the order had not been updated from in progress on the online tracker. We knew it was a busy time so we just decided to call after about 45(ish)minutes to check in. The woman informed us our pizza just went in the oven, we ordered earlier than we normally eat so it wasn't a big deal. She offered us a discount or free cheese bread, we asked for the discount, to which she said she would happily apply it to our order. I received a call back a few minutes later and she explained because we already paid online, she cannot discount our order so she gave us some delicious cheese bread. About 20 minutes later our food arrives at the door, by none other than the woman I spoke with on the phone. I guess the delivery driver was out on another run and wouldn't make it back for a while so she got in her car and drove it to us even though that isn't her job. We all get busy but she handled it like a complete professional and we were just raving about how awesome she was while we were eating our fresh AF pizza and cheese bread. My only regret is not getting her name so I can give her a shout out in here. 10/10 will order here again!

Really horrible experience ordering here: tried to order a 3 topping pizza with a side of wings through their online ordering system. The site was incredibly buggy, which caused the final page to crash and reload several times. After I finally managed to place the order, a few minutes passed before I recieved a call from the store explaining that the order had been charged to my card twice, which was obviously a mistake. The person on the phone said she would have to get in touch with her manager in order to issue a refund, which was really not that big a deal. Finally the pizza I arrived, and for whatever reason had no toppings. It has now been a week since then (I believe this all took place on the 26th)and I still haven't had the second order refunded, which I will call in about tomorrow. Essentially, I ended up paying close to $80 for a cheese pizza and a pound of chicken nuggets. Pretty unhappy about this, Pizza hut is a franchise I have not been to in close to a decade, and I can guarantee that this most recent experience with them will be my last.

Their pizza was good but we ordered chicken wings as well. After eating the chicken wings, my boyfriend got really sick. I believe their chicken was not cooked completely. He got food poisoning and had it for 3 days.Such a shame for pizza hut.

Went and got a 3 box meal tonight and realised that the cashier didn't have my pizza's crust stuffed even though I paid the extra $3 to do so. She went over my order 3 times with me to make sure it was correct and she still made the mistake. I love pizza, and I love pizza hut mainly because of the stuffed crust - call it 90s nostalgia from being a kid but I love those memories and I didn't get it. Please be more careful to follow order details next time as this was very disappointing.

Kinda bad delivery experience, poorly organized and terrible hours. Ordered, called to add something, no record of order, so I ordered different place, of course it still arrived. Double trouble pizza night, much leftovers, Pizza Pizza better surprisingly tasting side by each.

The manager was really nice.. food was fresh and loaded up with a lot of toppings .. cooked to perfection that’s why I’m giving it a 5 star review
