Everyone should try the roti here.All those who I've introduced to the food here have been amazed and baffles they haven't heard of Trini To D Bone before.Fantastic family-run business.Filling meals for decent prices.Nothing fancy for seating, and quite frankly that's fine by me, and many others, as it would likely result in higher prices.If you're thinking about trying this place, DO!

My husband was recommended Trini to D Bone by his barber and it was so good! I got the chicken roti and he got the curried goat and it was great. Small little place where they make each dish to order and it took maybe 7 minutes to get our food. Everything came out hot and we’ll definitely be back

This is my favourite restaurant in Victoria, the one I missed most when I left the city and the first one I went to when I came back to visit. I first found out about it through word of mouth; it may be easy to miss if you are visiting Victoria and focus on the downtown, but it’s well worth a special trip. The roti has a perfect flaky, tender texture, the peas are beautifully seasoned, and the meat is always perfectly cooked. Plus they have good vegetarian options, especially if you go on a Saturday when they are serving the excellent doubles. Meat-eaters can also enjoy the delicious goat curry on Fridays and Saturdays. The portions are generous, so be sure to arrive hungry!

The owner was super friendly and we had a nice chat. The food was spectacular. We ordered the chicken roti and it was super fresh and a good portion for dinner. Will definitely be back.

was in Victoria for a day to catch Interstellar in IMAX. came here for lunch, ordered the Goat with buss-up-shut.it was amazing. that's all that needs to be said.great, friendly service, and a clean restaurant.would definitely come back if i'm in Victoria again!

I received a recommendation from a local and decided to check this place out and boy was I ever glad that I did! The food is authentic Trinidadian fair, wow the Roti was fantastic and flavourful and tasty with rich curry potatoes and ample chicken I asked for mine extra spicy and it was very good! I highly recommend trying this place out! It’s family owned and operated and everything is lovingly prepared fresh! On Saturday get there early and try the Hot Doubles but they sell out fast!!!

This is comfort food and so delicious! I almost don’t want people to know about it so it doesn’t get too busy, but omg, so good!! When moving from Toronto, I wasn’t sure I’d find some of my favourites here, and this hits the spot every time!

We were looking for something new to try in the area & stumbled upon this place! We got the chicken roti & the goat curry - both were AMAZINGLY delicious. The owner is super friendly as well, explaining & suggesting what to get since it was our first time and we aren’t too familiar with Caribbean food.10/10 experience, we’ll be back for sure and we’ll come earlier so that we can try the Doubles next time!
